The staff were very helpful, and friendly. This is a small hotel, with a small but efficient staff. The person on reception lent me a convereter plug when asked, and also helped sort out the safe which was not working. The room was compact but clean. Few extras, and breakfast isn't included, but it is so near to one of the multiple squares in the village, this is not an issue...we loved catching up over coffee and pastries with friends each morning, ( very reasonable by U.S and U.K. terms) overlooking the palace. The setting is magical...Swallows darting and soaring, the sky cloud-scudded, the trees in full bloom ( take your hayfever meds at this time of year!) What a beautiful spot. Very central, lots of restaurants and stores very nearby; a perfect setting for a long weekend wedding.

The building has a beautiful old fascade, but the interior ( at least the area we were staying in) was personality-free and a bit disappointing. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but lacked personality or character. However, it was VERY good value for money, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. As a place to rest your head and sleep, this is the perfect spot.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helpful and service-oriented. The hotel communicates very well and abundantly in advance of our arrival. The rooms are clean and the views toward El monasterio are beautiful. The location is great, close to tons of cafes and restaurants and only a few minutes from El Monasterio de El Escorial.

Not a negative, just worth noting- parking could be tricky because of the centric location. We were very grateful that a staff member helped us find a place nearby to park our car.

Amazing location at the square with everything around, including many cafes and restaurants and walking distance to the monastery. Nice boutique hotel, room was cute and the bathtub great. It really didnt matter not having breakfast as you literally go out and find plenty of options. The rooms were clean.

Staff was not alqays available although they were helpful otherwise. It has an isolated feel to it inside although well located. The green flashing light from the fire alarm in the room qas disturbing. The good thing is that staff gave us sleep masks when i asked about it. It is good to air out the rooms.

Very friendly receptionist, gave us good tips on where to eat. Location excellent, very close to the monastery and underground parking nearby at reduced rate. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but the hotel has no breakfast facilities. There are several cafes for breakfast nearby

All the rooms are different styles. We had a limited headspace room at the top of the hotel which was recently refurbished. Very clean, comfortable, but the sloped ceiling was a bit of a nuisance.

Hotel is in a great central location. Everything in walking distance: restaurants, Escorial etc. We used free, streetside parking but there is a paid underground parking nearby. We were early and were pleasantly surprised: we immediately got a room. Good size, clean, very quiet, great beds. The lady behind the reception was friendly and helpful.

No negatives: we were happy.

The property is in the heart of El Escorial, step out of the door and you’re in the hustle and bustle of the town. The hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were beautiful, everything about it could not be faulted. Some great restaurants directly next door too.

The only fault I have is that on arrival day we turned up the hotel and had to wait for about 15 mins before anyone showed at reception and then it took about another 20 mins to sort everything and get checked in. This was only one staff member the others were very attentive, polite and helped with any questions and recommendations

The hotel manager Laura was extremely kind above and beyond the Call of Duty in purchasing an important souvenir for me, and it was indicative of the helpfulness of the whole staff. The room was very nice and spacious and the walk-in shower was very convenient. The room was very quiet even though located right next to the plaza mayor

The hotel does not have breakfast but this is no problem as there are good cafes nearby. Otherwise everything was perfect

Cute little hotel next to the main square. Staff goes out of its way to answer questions, make reservations, and be helpful. Bathrooms are super modern and the king size bed was super comfortable

Our room was quite small, though it did not bother us given all the activities outside. My only recommendation would be to toss the hot water heater and replace it with capsule coffee machine (better to have real coffee than Nescafe). Other than that, all was perfect.

A boutique hotel, spotless room, lovely bathroom with excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Small fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Quiet room yet hotel just off main square with numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. A short walk to the Monastery and underground secure car park, €15.00 per 24hours with hotel discount. The hotel is located in the old part of town, roads rather narrow but we managed with a large estate car, just take your time.

Doesn't have breakfast option but plenty cafes near buy.No pool but we located very nice public outdoor pool about 2kms from hotel.Staff have very little English so helps if you can speak some Spanish.
