Nice clean hotel with a great location , friendly staff. We had sea view at the front, so great sea view room. Unfortunately, the balcony we had was juliette and not big enough to sit on. Has other rooms with much bigger balconies, so double check and pay for this if necessary. Had a fridge and air-conditioning, so a bonus for a 3 star. Rooms cleaned to a good standard daily with friendly cleaner. Would recommend and will be having family and friends book this hotel when they come to visit us as we are moving to spain soon.

No bar , but has drinks and snacks vending machine near reception area. It's not a deal breaker for us, though.

My second or third time at this quaint hotel, which gives me a place to work and with a beautiful sea view while also spending some time with friends in Sabanillas. It is always super-clean and quite comfortable and the staff are always very accommodating. Location cannot be beat -- right in the centre of town and on the beach. There was a little mix-up with my reservation but they quickly set it right and in a very satisfactory way. Thank you!

The hotel is older and the walls/doors are a bit thin so one can often hear people talking in the next room or the hall. (On the other hand, some people are just too loud, especially on their mobiles.) I had hoped they would have improved the internet since my last visit but it still seemed quite slow, e.g., freezing or dropping Zoom calls. But most guests will be here for the beach and the sea, the town's several good restaurants, etc. And do not have to/should not be on their devices anyway ;)

Everything was perfect at the hotel. Spotlessly clean and very pleasant staff. Check in is 13.30hrs and our room was ready a little earlier. Hotel is right on the beach with lots of places to eat and drink. Extras we didn’t expect a large balcony, small fridge, safe and hairdryer. We would stay again.

We arrived Saturday so Parking around the beach area was busy but we found a free parking space about 2 blocks away

Everything was great, very clean, also clean towels & bed made daily..! Fabulous sea view, lovely to wake up to the sun on my face..! Great location on the beach for shops, restaurants, bars, taxis & much more.. Only a 10/15min walk to the port Dequesa.. Can highly recommend to stay at hotel Dona Luisa 😊 See you next time👍🏻

Only one thing… Could do with a kettle in the room but it wasn’t a big problem..!

we were fourteen steps to the beachfront!! The promenade was right below our room, and we were serenaded by the live music from the bar below. Of note: the noise, etc dies down around midnight, so if you're a light sleeper you may not enjoy this. The balcony is huge and private! We really had such a lovely stay here. The staff were kind and always helpful. Parking is on the street, and at one point we were about a block away, but it is free and off season, you shouldn't have too much trouble

honestly I cannot think of one thing that was wrong with this hotel.... great value for money!!!

We opted for a sea view room which was wonderful. The view was great and a good place to watch the world go by on the promenade below. The room was adequately sized and immaculately clean. The bed was comfy and we slept very well. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels ready for us on arrival. Staff were friendly and attentive and there appeared to a security guard there at night for guest safety. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again the next time we are in the area.

Nothing to fault.

The location was exceptional, our room had a sea view and was literally only ten feet from the beach. We had a lovely warm welcome and felt confident that should we need any information or help that it would be forthcoming. It was a good sized room, and came with a really large bathroom. Very clean and this standard of cleanliness continued throughout our four night stay, the room being serviced daily to a very high standard. Another bonus was the small ‘fridge in the room, a kettle and both glasses and cup & saucers. The hotel was located in the heart of Sabanillas among the many bars and restaurants.

Not quite so keen on the non stop music blaring from the Azul beneath hotel but learned to live with it or visit family close by.

Perfect location, exceptionally clean hotel. Rooms comfortable, clean and bright, large balcony. shower really good. Would definitely return here.

Would have liked a kettle in the room, but not a massive issue, also lot of traffic noise even with patio doors closed. Not a problem for us, but if you are a light sleeper, may cause a problem

The hotel is central location to resturaunts bars shops and supermarkets

The room we had the balcony was very small with the air conditioning machine on there which caught your legs every time you went out you needed to be careful. Not all rooms have small balconys some have a bigger ones. Not really a problem because we only went out to dry towels. The hotel is spotlessley clean rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels lovley hotel could not fault it. Stayed here many times.
