Great appartement with all you need and extraordinary terraces with sea view. We really liked the location close to nice Puerto de la Duquesa (10min walk), closinest to Estepona for more services and several nice beaches in the surrounding. The host was very nice and communicative, so everything was really easy and well explained. The garage in the house was also very good in the hot weather.

The only tiny disadvantage is the missing pedestrian crossing close to the appartement to the beach over the busy A7 road. But in the end we were driving 5 mins to a nicer beach anyway, so it did not disrupt us.

Lucia was very helpful and even collected us from the bus stop. Good location, walking distance to the marina which was full of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Apartment tidy with large terrace. The pool area was nice and quiet, no fighting for sun beds.

We were met outside the property and walked through all the instructions. Apartment was very clean , big and it a lovely location, plenty of terrace space and views were lovely.

As a painter myself, the apartment could do with a proper 2 coating of white paint

Everything what you need is there. Very friendly lady provided the keys. There is own parking spot in garage inside of the building for guests of the penthouse. Large terrace area with beautiful view.

Blinds of the bedroom don’t close properly. Bright light in the morning fully guaranteed. We had to move to another small bedroom.

I was greeted at check in by Lucia, who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable, very bright, clean, and airy. The kitchen was well equipped and contained everything I needed. The location is excellent, the penthouse terraces lovely and spacious, and the views (including sea view) absolutely amazing. The private underground parking space was good to have as I had hired a car.

the property is in a perfect location and has great views of the beach from the terrace. The terraces were very spacious and well equipped with everything that you would need.

The property was very comfortable and generally well equipped with one or two minor omissions. The terrace areas were superb and we loved all the different seating areas and that you could always find a spot in either sun or shade. The location was good and central to go into Puerto La Duquesa and Estepona.

The double bed was rather hard for our taste but with a foam topper it would meet most people’s needs. There was only one wine glass and no small tumblers suitable for breakfast juice. Most owners have a book or information sheet on local facilities and restaurants and on the property but there was nothing here, we could not even see where rubbish was disposed of. We did not see any community bins at the entrance or exit to the garage for general rubbish or recycling. We found the fact that you could not get into the garage from the property without a key a potential fire hazard. If you had to use the staircase to depart from the building in an emergency without a key you would be trapped in the building. Interestingly you do not need a key to get into the building from the garage!

There were places to sit in the sun or shade no matter what time of day it was. It had everything we needed and more fabulous apartment to relax in.
