the rooms were spacious, lightning was perfect, balcony was so big, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had all the toiletry needed. everything was extremely clean and very well kept. We wanted quiet and were surprised by how much we really enjoyed our stay. Bfast was excellent for a continental bfast. the staff were always helpful and had a smile in the face. so pleasant.

one thing we really missed to make our stay completely perfect was not having at least a snake bar on site. the bar in the hotel is by the pool were they serve the bfast, but there is no food. they have chocolats, nuts and cake. You need to dress up to go to the casino next door to have a light meal. Or to any rearaurant. the nearest is about 10 to15 mints drive.

Very good hotel, clean and cozy, the room was perfect for stay. Even during a super low season when usually the staff is less focused, here everything was perfect and the staff always on point. 5 stars for them

the only thingh I didnt like was the breakfast, if it would be included I wouldnt rate negatively but as it as a cost (9€ per night) I would consider it very poor compared to other hotels. Not a great choice in terms of food, missing the bases of a proper breakfast such as eggs, bacon, real fresh fruit and so on. even the charcuterie and the pastry were very low quality. I would totally recommend the property to improve this aspect to have a very high quality hotel

Very quiet even though near main road. The most comfortable beds ever slept in, best night sleep in along time. The shower was great size, the whole bathroom was clean. Coffee/tea facilities in room. Was nice to sit out on the balcony as right next to greenery and trees. Staff were really helpful always smiling. Very dog friendly. Very short walk to the casino, great atmosphere, food choices was great and food really tasty. Will definitely go back as a stop over on road trips.

Lovely pool area, pool small but enough to have a cool off except the pool was dirty with black mould if it had been clean I’d give the property 10/10

Amazing as always. Great location, peaceful and quiet. Staff always friendly. Facilities very clean. Air con in the rooms is a bonus 👌 Third time here and there will be plenty more visits.

Only thing I was more shocked at than anything else was the price of a tinto de verano con 43. I ordered 2 for me and my partner and it was just over 16€ It's normally the cheapest drink you can buy so we only had 1 by the pool. The most I've ever paid for a Tinto de verano con 43 is £5 and that was in Gibraltar so to pay 8€ each was a bit of a shock.

Our room was lovely and they dressed the bed with roses, left a bottle of cava because we were celebrating a 50th birthday. The terrace was nice and the fact we could work right outside out room, love that!

The casino dinner, we booked for 12 and were seated next to the bingo hall (where everyone looks a bit sad), there were no tablecloths except for red and checked paper ones which made it feel cheap, we preferred lunch when we were seated in the casino itself. The food was OK but it's a shame that for dinner they didn't offer a different menu that we had for lunch

This lodge hotel was an excellent choice in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Everything is perfectly maintained and makes for a very comfortable stay. The chalets are modern with every facility available and spotlessly clean. All staff were kind and helpful. The food at the casino next door and in the hotel was outstanding value for money. A short car journey to Valderrama Golf Course.

Lovely bar area with very friendly staff. You can park next to your room as you would at a motel. Clean room and bathroom. We booked so that we could drive to Gibraltar’s border the next day, less than 30 minutes drive.

We knew before we arrived that the hotel did not have any bars or restaurants nearby but people need to be aware of this. San Roque town is about a ten minute drive.

Everything, friendly staff, super accomadation, clea, lovely pool and set back away from all the tourists and crowds in a beautiful area. Very good for Alcaidesa and Sotogrande and lovely town of Pueblo Nuevo. This was our 4th visit and will always come back.

The Hotel is close to the Highway (Autopista between Malaga and Tarifa). However it‘s silent in the Hotel area as well as in the Houses/Rooms. If you want to travel to Gibraltar 🇬🇮 and/or to Morocco 🇲🇦, the location is perfect. The Hotel Staff is very friendly and is helping you, if you have questions. The rooms are very clean and in perfect conditions. The kitchen is fitted with the most needed equipment, in the bathroom you will find a bathrobe with slippers and of course towels, hairdryer and shampoo/soap. Long story short. We was pleasantly suprised and we can absolutly recommend 👍🏽

Exactly as described, wonderful Junior Suite with access to the balcony from both areas (bedroom and lounge). The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Food menu is lacking choice but what was served was edible and tasty.

The dinner seating is a bit drab with paper cheap, chequered tablecloths. And it felt more like a café than a nice dinner setting in a casino
