The room was beautiful and so comfortable. Lovely bath and shower and a comfortable cot for our child. The pools were great, nice to have a kids pool and a adults pool option. The bistro/tapas bar was the best option and had lovely friendly staff who were so helpful. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade granola. Plenty food options for adults and children.

There are no bathrooms within the kids pool area. The Marxa restaurant staff seemed very stressed and didn't smile, quite obvious that it was a management problem as all the staff seemed miserable. The location is quite limited, the nearest shop is 15 taxi journeys which is 20€ each way.

We were kindly given an upgrade by the excellent reception staff, all of whom were calm, friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful - the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable and the linen smelled as sweet as I have ever smelt hotel sheets and pillows to be - a small thing perhaps, but I have a very keen olfactory system!! The bathroom was also delightful. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast served by lovely staff - Katy was a ray of sunshine. Everyone is so efficient and friendly. Naomi in the Spa went above and beyond with her service - it was much appreciated.

Drains were blocked in out room and it took 24 hours to get the staff to sort it out

Breakfast was superb, Ale-carte, very quick service, excellent coffee. The layout of the golf course was magnificent very interesting and very varied, plenty of risk and reward holes, although in need of better maintenance, Tee's, cart paths, signage, etc.

We requested a quite room, yet we had strange noises all night, one like a large sliding door being opened and closed ever half hour or so, and another like a generator starting and stopping. When booking we where not told that the main restaurant was closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the 2 nights that we where there. Tons of swallows nests over the entrance to our rooms, and lots of bird droppings that we had to walk through to get into the room.

The Resort is a perfect ‘base camp’ for golfers. At the same time it offers state of the art wellness and fitness facilities. My yoga classes with Inna were challenging but rewarding. Namaste! - The reception team (Pablo, Jorge) were inspiring and extremely helpful in many respects. Exceptional breakfast on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Kati’s smile/humor was just the right dose for a perfect start into a new day. Finishing the day with an truly international Bar Team reflects on our enjoyment for 10 wonderful days. The corporate spirit is absolutely inviting!

Just a few suggestions: the breakfast music could need some variations and the food/tapas at Cortijo is falling short of the other outstanding Resort areas/functions.

I work for a sustainable investment company, but I couldn’t understand no mugs for tea and coffee (equally as efficient but far nicer than paper cups), and tins for water when in the restaurant there are nice glass bottles we could have in the room to refill.

Good day, I stayed with you 9.2-11.2, where I had a reservation through booking. On 9.2 I paid 920 euros at the reception, when I left I got a bill from you for 540 euros which I paid again? When will you refund me? I am your regular guest twice a month and I really don't like this.

The breakfast was not the typical buffet. You order off the menu, but there is no charge if your breakfast is included. Very friendly and professional staff at breakfast. The room (Jr. suite) was large and very comfortable. Just what we wanted and needed.

We liked everything. My wife likes to be in the city and this hotel is out in the country. I liked the location. My wife, not so much...
