Convenient location to visit Gibraltar with easy free roadside parking.

Found the menu and drinks relatively expensive, probably because there is little competition locally ( apart from fast food in the shopping centre). Disappointed that there was no hot food option for breakfast apart from toast.

No restaurant available only at breakfast . No coffee, no drinks . All in vending machines. Though they had a lovely sitting area . You need sound proof doors . 🙏🏽Everything could be heard , even clients steps. Ridiculous !

Very clean, very efficient check in, room very clean, whilst we didn't eat breakfast I did take a coffee, the breakfast choices looked good,very near the motorway ideal for those on a road trip

It was ideal for me as I was using it as a quick stop over on a road trip but location wouldn't be ideal for say a beach holiday as a car would be needed and Hotel is in a business area

Good Wifi, quiet and able to stop staff coming in for an entire day (when I was working) for a free drink!

Location is a bit weird. Middle of a retail park. But able to walk a couple of times to Palmones—nice beach walking area.

Perfect hotel nice clean modern rooms extremely helpful staff and also 24h desk we had no problems checking in at 3am due to our car hire delay in the airport will definitely be back again

Nothing not to like was perfect

Average quality breakfast, reasonable selection, much fresh fruit, no warm dishes, fresh ground coffee. Good room, bathroom and bed, generally quiet but refrigerator buzzing away out in the open. Beard crease in bathroom. Frontdesk forthcoming and helpful, changing room without hesitation. Bar closed.

The hotel itself and premises are nice and the Staff members are excellent, professional and well mannered.

Nothing really. Just a coincidence that two out of the three lifts were out of order. Apart from that nothing I didn't like

A nice clean property for an overnight stay. Was quite basic, but had everything needed including a fridge in the room. Plenty of parking on the street or in a large parking lot opposite the hotel. Very close to Carlos if you want to pick up ferry tickets and near a large Carrefour supermarket. Close to the ferry port. Good breakfast.

The hotel is really nice inside and outside. The receptionist (Marta, I believe) was really friendly and welcoming. The room is quiet and there are shops around.

There is no covered area outside the building, but this is only a disadvantage in bad weather. The window can't be opened, or at least ours wasn't. Not entirely a big deal but the TV wasn't a smart TV.

Great location. Secure underground parking. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Thin walls. We were kept awake by the activities in the next room. Cockroaches in the room. Big guy under a pillow, we disposed of him and the ants in the room ate the rest.
