The breakfast was fantastic and the staff at the breakfast were incredibly professional and friendly. The room was quite good and comfortable, everything was clean and there were lots of additional amenities in the bathroom.

The receptionist wasn’t very friendly. I mentioned on Booking (messages) that we will come with a dog and the message was ignored. Later at the check-in the receptionist was telling me off for not warning them about the pet and didn’t provide any equipment for the pet in the room.

The hotel room was exactly what we needed. A place to stay while traveling around Andalusia. The room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard. We have nothing to complain about. We can't rate the location or anything else because we arrived at the hotel in the evening and left in the morning after breakfast.

When we first entered the room, it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. But when we turned on the air conditioning, the smell disappeared after a while.

The hotel is good, but the rooms we had were a bit outdated and the furniture needs a refresh. It was clean and for our necessities really ok. The breakfast was very good, with lots of selections and coffee also ok. The facitilty has parking which need to be paid, but there is also a parking place in front of the hotel which was always full. The location is very good, near to the center.

The hotel boasts an excellent location which is perfect for those looking to explore the city by foot or using public transportation. The comfort of the bed provided a good night's rest after a day of sightseeing, adding to the convenience of its central location.

However, my experience with the staff was less than satisfactory. I encountered unfriendliness and a lack of professionalism that negatively impacted my overall impression of the hotel. Additionally, I was required to pay a parking fee of 12 EUR for my motorcycle, which seemed excessive and unjustified.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city. The street in front of the hotel offers enough parking spaces for everything else and if there are no more available, you can also park in the underground car park under the hotel. The food was good, the breakfast was good with a small but good selection, for dinner there is a menu from which you can always choose from two different dishes with three courses. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. My room was modern and clean.

Excellent hotel right in the centre of Casablanca. Shopping streets, cafes and restaurants right outside. Excellent friendly staff who even organised getting my car washed. Good room with comfortable bed. Super breakfast included in price, unbelievable value

Was a bit of noise in the room from the large airconditioning system outside window.

Easy check-in, super helpful staff, nice to have a cafe on-site in the morning.

Room was a bit warm and no way to turn the air-con on; road noise is too much to have the window open while sleeping. Shame there’s no on-site laundry service; nearest coin laundry is 10 mins walk. “View” wasn’t terrible but somewhat dominated by the adjacent petrol station

Room and bathroom spacious, well decorated and clean. Nice staff.

Tv choice could be better for international visitors. Breakfast is a bit all over the place finding a cup,queuing for coffee,queuing to make your own drinks and toast,cutlery not available etc Didn't feel like they really want you to have breakfast.

The stay was comfortable and cool. The views were nice and it was a quiet stay.

I didn’t find the oversized bed to my liking, but because the double bed was more expensive I chose the twin option. I also didn’t find to my liking the overpricing for the breakfast. I feel that 9€ was to expensive, plus for 2,50€ I was able to get a substantial breakfast in a nearby cafe. Also, most hotels I have frequented have a kettle and tea for when u get up in the morning, this didn’t.

We loved the hotel. Lots of parking spaces free of charge. Safe. Convenient to get there if you’re driving. Clean, comfortable and pleasant service, there is a relaxation area where you can sit back and relax. Internet works well. Recommend especially if you are driving.
