A very relaxing hotel with ample parking. The staff was generally very friendly, especially Macarena at the front desk, Adrianna at breakfast and Alvaro in the evenings. After dinner the hotel bar has a great ambiance and, despite a relatively short cocktail list, they were mixed well and both me and my partner enjoyed them. Overall a great place to stay

The pool area could use some more parasols for shade during the afternoons.

Great location to do as much or as little as you like …. Staff are friendly and helpful at all times .. special mention to the lifeguard on duty on Saturday for going out of her way to bring us chairs as when pool opened all loungers had already been ‘claimed’

On holiday you don’t expect to have to ‘run’ each morning to have to secure a sun lounger, we had to witness a very heated argument between a number of guests ‘claiming’ their beds’ on one of the days … and on another my mother was almost knocked over by a guest going down stairs ‘to claim’ her spot !! If more were provided… even in the garden area … it would be a much better experience for all …

The whole hotel- rooms are really nice and clean

We arrived at the hotel really late and when I went to check-in the receptionist who was on shift was busy working on her computer. She asked me to wait which I agreed but after 10 minutes I had to ask her to check in as we were really tired coming from a long road trip. I would have appreciated that she is spontaneously proceeding with the check in.

Most hotels you can nit pick aþ but I wouldn't it's great for the money And staff make it pleasant This time round they had to do a little safety repair to pool area very little disruption a few we're not happy most got on with un bothered but for me safety comes first and was happy pool kept open as they could have closed it..

The pool was lovely and big. There was plenty of food available with the snack bar and the restaurant that also opens for tea time.

The pool timings are not great. Pool doesn’t open until 11, and there is a queue to get in an hour before opening. When it open people rushing for limited lounge beds. There is also no entertainment whatsoever.

We loved the receptionist Africa who was a real help to us. We loved the pool. The rooms were fine, the location just good for us when we wanted to travel to Gibraltar and Tarifa.

Breakfast is not good for its price, awful coffee, postmix orange juice, we were pretty disappointed. Another thing is bad smell that comes from the nearby industrial zone. One evening the wind turned and it felt sick to be outside or open the room window. Bad oily smell.

Excellent facilities and everywhere is accessible in a wheelchair. Rooms are a good size, so plenty of room to store wheelchair or mobility scooter. Good menu for lunch or evening meal if you dont take the meal option. Staff extremely helpful. Free car park at entrance to the hotel

Not within walking distance of any bars or restaurants. Nearest is the commercial centre a few mins drive away or variety of restaurants in Palmones which is about 10 mins drive

Hotel is well maintained, large garden, big enough pool. It has few years, can be seen on furniture, but - nothing to worry about. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Large parking on site plus garage. Breakfast can be a lot better (or completely rethinked), altough it won't dissapoint as it is. But - you can sit on the terrace for breakfast, it was the highlight of the day :) Staff friendly, always working, keeping the hotel and garden nice, thank you.

With just a little (remodeling the rooms + updating the breakfast equipment such as coffee machines, "juice" dispenser and so on) this would be the TOP hotel in this location. Go for it! I've noticed one disturbing thing, office entrance are near reception, meaning the management might not see The carpet. "The carpet" is the hidious thing glued to the marble staircase, and I swear I've never ever seen such a dirty carpet in hotel. And I travel a lot. In my personal opinion, leaving the stairs as plain marble would be great option.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the swimming pool area is amazing, and the room is nice and cool despite how hot it was when we visited. Staff very friendly, although some struggled to understand English (my Spanish is terrible), although we managed to get by. Staff also helpful arranging taxis to destinations.

The bathroom was a little dated, bath felt a little insecure when standing to shower, and we only had one light bulb out of about 5 or 6 in there working. I can't knock the location as I knew where it was anyway, but for other visitors bear in mind nearest towns /cities aren't "local" and a car / transport is highly advisable.

The TV only has Spanish TV & Radio stations..! If I had stayed longer I would’ve fetched my Firestick .. The Road up to the Cinema is a pretty dangerous one.! It would be nice if the local authorities would make a proper pathway.!
