It is one of the best hostels we have stayed in. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and a great shower. It was very clean and they serviced the room daily. Helpful staff, with easy check-in. The location, if you're visiting the Rock is excellent, a 5 or 6 minute walk in a straight line, to the boarder. Parking is a problem everywhere, but staff were able to clarify a good solution. If you use the parking lot across the road. Drive your car in and collect your ticket. Turn left once you enter the carpark. There is a machine for payment. Select a time period 1 day or 2 days, etc, and pay for your ticket. It will cost you €7 for each 24-hour period instead of €22.

Not really a sad face. We would have preferred single pillows instead of the long double ones. It would be great if, in the future, they were able to offer a shared area and kitchen facilities..

Really loved this pension. It's family run, cozy, next to center. The staff is attentive and helpful, they are smiling also. Don't hesitate to ask infos to them. It is so near to bus station, super position. Breakfast is not possible, but you can find it literally under the pension. You can go by foot to Gibraltar!!

Excellent: staff super friendly and ALWAYS there to lend a hand with anything. I have mobility issues and the staff assisted without me asking! Also excellent was the wifi which never cut out (unlike at some expensive hotels where I've wifi issues and even had to wash my feet because floor was filthy) This hotel was super clean, fresh towels every day, perfect location, lift, vending machine, walk across to Gibraltar.

Nothing. It was a bit dated, but that's what i paid for, so no surprises there. I would definitely stay there again. Only one suggestion would be to install one more powerpoint in the room next to the bed.

Its near to the bus station.. look newly refurbish..its near to the market and easy walk to gibraltar boarder.. the staff go all out to assist diring our stay which we appreciate very much..

The hotel charged my credit card after accepting my debit card.. i have already message them to refund my credit card and hope that they will reply soon.. No floor towel in the bathroom.. the space is small so if you have 23kg bag you have to open it on your bed..there are few steps before you can enter the small lift with your luggages to your room.. without luggage just use the stairs.

Small thing and was easily sorted, we only had one bedside table which was tiny and no desk or anything else in room so just asked for a chair so we had space each for our stuff.

Great position close to the beach. Lots of great bars and restaurants and two or three small supermarkets within easy walking distance. Lovely gardens to sit in with lots of tables and chairs in the sunshine and shaded areas. Room had a fridge which was handy.

A little more hanging space and storage would be good for clothes.

Second time here in this hotel. You cannot find anything so cheap in Gibraltar: you are 7 min walking from the border. And you are in the center of La Linea, too. The price is so reasonable and the room was very spacious.

Location is fantastic, right in the city center, where the bars and restaurants are and 15 minutes from the border with Gibraltar

The beds where short, maybe 1.70 meters

The receptionist Patrica was warm friendly and helpful and very pleasant to talk to and all the cleaners all the staff was fantastic and was there for all our needs
