Good low budget option 10 mins. walk from Spanish/Gibraltar border. Basic no-frills hostel but clean and servicable rooms and friendly staff on hand 24/7. Lots of cafes/bars/shops near to hostal. Also close to bus station.

The price was reasonable, the staff were helpful and it is well located and well signed. The room was very tidy and reasonably comfortable

The door on the room is difficult to close due to no handle on the door. Although I had a fan in the room. Air conditioning would have been very nice especially in the summer heat

Great location. Bus station in 750m, where you can take a bus to Tarifa or to Marbella direction. Just 1.1 km to cross-point to Gibraltar. Just 500 m to the closest beach Poniente.

There is no fridge in the room. There is no WiFi password written anywhere in the room. The closest beach Poniente in the wast is much less appealing than further beach Santa Barbara in the east in 1.4 km.

I’ve stayed a few times and As always a lovely clean room, comfy but hardish beds. Great area, right in middle of bars and restaurants. really good bargain. Staff always cheerful.

Only thing I didn’t like this time was mad seagulls fighting outside our window, kept waking me up 🤣🤣

Basic accommodation at a great price great location round the corner from the English Square, ok for a group of lads who just want a no frills bed to sleep in at the end of the day. The rooms were clean and tidy and had aircon and a tv as well.

Some mornings we had no hot water which was an issue in some of the rooms that we used, but not a major issue as it was very hot so a tepid shower was fine. They seemed to work on the first floor ok but not on the second floor.

Nice room on the first floor of the building with private bathroom. Not big, but enough for short stay. No lift. Friendly host. Private parking in the building. 10 euro/day. Close to the border with Gibraltar. Close to the center of Linea. Good choice to visit Gibraltar. Recommend.

Location is great, everything was clean and friendly staffs. Bed confortable and price is ok. Nothing to complain.

There was a regional celebration just in front of my window, but I was so tired that this was not enough to keep me awake. Lol Parking in this area is a challenge.

This was our 4th stay at the Hostal Paris. It's a budget hostel so don't expect 5 star facilities. However the staff are so friendly and the location is excellent. See you next year and thabk you again for your fantastic hospitality.

We didn't like leaving to go back to the cold and rain in the UK.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower, hair dryer, TV and AC all worked well. This is a pretty modest place, but comfortable. It is within walking distance of the La Linea bus station, and border crossing to Gibraltar & Gibraltar airport. It is also about 2 blocks to the center of town of La Linea, which has a number of restaurants and bars, a nice bakery. Area of hotel seems safe.

Not many electrical outlets, if you have many devices to charge.

I loved that we had our own sink and mirror. This made the shared bathroom situation a lot easier. The Location of the hostal is PERFECT. It is only about a 20 minute walk to Gibraltar. Super convenient location. Very nice staff.

A small refrigerator would go a long way. It would have been nice to have had a way to keep things cold.
