Very nice and peaceful hotel. The location is excellent. Especially if you don't want to stay in the city of Algeciras. I booked for 3 weeks and absolutely enjoyed it. There was a small issue at the beginning of the booking but they came with a perfect solution. The hotel staff is very professional and very kind. The food in the restaurant is perfect in comparing with the price. Lovely dishes. Breakfast was absolutely perfect and enough to choose from. (Depending on the occupation off the hotel, it it wil be a buffet or otherwise a bit less, which is totally understandable.). Rooms where clean and kept clean every day. I had a nice room with a good view. It has a swimming pool and (for me important) a well equipped gym. I will definitely visit again when I am in the area.

The air conditioning in the gym was broken. (With 38 degrees outside this is tough). During a wedding in the weekend. The hotel wasn't logistical prepared (in my opinion) to have a wedding and regular guests at the same time.

Secluded place . Very clean. Great parking spaces . Very nice food . Staff were very helpful .

Tv system needs urgent upgrade ! Wifi wasnt very good either in the rooms. Rooms need a kettle ( hervidor) . Its nearly in all hotels now with tea or coffee . Specially with such a great terrace, its nice to be able to have a cuppa . Front doors of rooms are not soundproof at all . We had a group of young foreign i think footballers and the noise they made and banging doors and running in corridors was horrendous. What a night ! Pool was open but no bar opened as we were told that summer season closed . What ? Its just beginning of september ! Its summer till 21 st! Not even the hotel restaurant cafeteria was opened. So from breakfast till 8 pm evening nothing was opened in the hotel . We had to go out to eat or even for a coffee during the day . It should be said before you book.

The staff, Thomas in particular, were very kind, communicative and accomodating. The room was large with a fantastic terrace and a beautiful view over nature. The food was of a very high standard, beautifully presented.

Absolutely nothing

This was absolutely the best hotel we stayed in on our 8 day tour of Andalusia. The hotel was like a hacienda, beautiful and lush with flowers and gardens. The breakfast spread was great, coffe, drinks, sweet and savoury, also eggs and many types of ham and cheeses. If you want to enjoy some leisure, they offer a tennis cour and pool. Would definetly stay here for 3 days at least if we could. It would also be a good venue if you wanted to celebrate a birthday away with your family or friends. You could also make a day trip to Cadiz, Malaga or Marbella.

Everything was perfect.

The Dinner, was not typical Andalusian food as advertised but was a choice of three main courses, hamburger, chicken or hake. That is not the menu I expect from such a highly rated hotel. The waiter explained that the cheff limited the menu when they weren’t busy! I don’t think that is fair personally. We didn’t have breakfast but it did look very good

Great value. Very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast included was very good. We enjoyed the surprise of having a fridge in our room - this should be added to the list of room amenities.

The TV was very outdated. The front desk was unattended several times. We paid to use the spa but the sauna was not hot when we arrived, and the hot tub was lukewarm. The bed was too firm and made me sore. Breakfast was delicious but extremely crowded - might utilize more space and spread things out.

Beautiful hotel which has been finished to a very high standard. All communal areas and facilities excellent. Delightful staff.

We are fussy about beds and for us the bed was a little hard so not so comfortable

The hospitality staff were very helpful in the hotel, all the receptionist Belen, Martha went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The housekeeping staff kept the room cleaned for us every day. Unfortunately the food didn't cater much for vegetarians or pescatarians. The pool was nice swim in. Tennis courts were available to practise in. All in all great experience staying at the hotel.

The two reception ladies were so lovely. I know one was called Lourdes, I forget the other ladies name. They were behind helpful & nice. The accommodation building itself was beautiful with a lovely layout. The bedroom was a generous size.

There was nothing we didn't like.
