The bed was very comfortable. Best I have ever slept in.Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room was serviced every day at a good time. Location was central for everywhere. Very quiet in room air conditioning.

We arrived early but our room wasn't ready which was fine. We were able to leave our cases in a locked room. When we returned at 3pm the room still wasn't ready so we were given another. I don't know if it was any different to the one we should have had. It was smaller than I expected. The view from the room was ugly looking out over 19 air conditioning units, one which was particularly noisy. The roof top bar and restaurant wasn't open. We used the bar on the ground floor. Service was a bit slow and we could never work out if it was table service or bar service, but that's the same all over Gibraltar.

The staff were all fantastic . Nothing was too much trouble every care was taken with detail . The room was wonderful the facilities were good. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The outside terrace was a fabulous place to relax and dine it just sit and enjoy the world .

Booking .com advertised the room incorrectly . It was described as a room with a rooftop pool . So this was not a pleasing start to our holiday at all what a disappointment. This was not the hotel's fault in any way and they found us a fabulous room and moving on from that great disappointment we were fantastically looked after and so intend to return to The Elliott Hotel. Indeed we would not consider any other. But poor show booking.com

The hotel is in a fantastic location, really close to the main street and square where there are tons of shops restaurants and bars. Knocked two stars off as toilet door didn’t lock, the bathroom grout is grubby as is some of the silicone, plus I had to ask twice for firmer pillows and when they came it was two soft ones, just gave up and made do with the soft ones. We were so busy I kept forgetting to tell them about the bathroom door so don’t know if they would have fixed it or not. It would not put me staying there again as the bed was super comfortable and the showers were absolutely amazing

Absolutely stunning hotel in a fantastic location. There were a group of us staying for a wedding, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Stefano on reception was an absolute joy, so friendly, helpful and welcoming. All of bar & restaurant team were fantastic, and so cheerful! Dominic ensured that all of the wedding party were very well looked after, and the wedding breakfast was incredible! Fantastic selection of choices for the buffet breakfast as well, all served in a beautiful setting. We loved spending time on the roof terrace because of the incredible views, and enjoyed using the swimming pool. Very comfy beds, and a very well appointed room with beautiful views of the Rock. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, everything was wonderful.

I didn't enjoy leaving!😪

We got on well with the staff: universally friendly and kind. Its location is ideal: within metres of Main Street. And central to most of the town and its facilities. We explored and went up to the top of the Rock. We also used the extensive bus service to visit Europa Point and Catalan Bay: £6 for an all-day pass. We were mainly lucky with the weather: three days of warm sunshine in February: then it poured down.

The room was small: and the arrangement of the desk meant that you could not pass anyone sitting there. We had problems with the heating/air conditioning. We could not work the system as there were few instructions: everything depended on interrogating with your iPhone. And our generation is not competent to do so. So we sweltered on the first night. And the controls had a mind of their own. Set the thermostat at 18 degrees to sleep: and it jumped back to 21 which is too warm for us. An errant light resisted fixing: and was still not working when we left.

The Elliot is a smart hotel in a good central location. The room was clean and very comfortable whilst not being luxurious, it was of higher quality than a hotel with a lower star rating.

there were raw oats available at breakfast but when I asked they were not able to cook porridge with it... this meant for me some rather stodgy breakfasts. Otherwise all was well.

Located centrally and a short walk from Main Street, the hotel is perfect for shopping, dining and drinking. Staff are very friendly and cant do enough for you. Our room was spacious and very clean with a modern look and feel. We didnt eat at the hotel as we like to venture out so i cant comment, but what we saw coming out of the kitchen looked lovely. Drinks were pretty much the same price as the UK, but you dont need to venture to far to find cheaper. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, and should we go back to Gib i will look this hotel up first. Thank you Elliot Hotel for a lovely stay.

there may have been negatives but we couldnt find any.

Minor problems in room such as: poor sound insulation between rooms, bed sheet too small and so uncomfortably wrinkled up, system to charge room for meals too onerous, room safe not bolted down!, shower not working properly (latter requiring a room change) and a few other very small things that worked against the hotels four star status. This said the hotel staff were all fantastic, welcoming and friendly.

I loved EVERYTHING! The staff were so welcoming, the hotel exceeded my expectations - I booked my stay as a surprise for my husband's birthday. They gave us a room with a sea view and even gave a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for his birthday, which was so lovely. Also the bed was SO COMFY! I usually find it difficult to sleep in hotels but not this one. Also, I really liked their focus on sustainability. Also, the location is great - the high street is just around the corner and it's only 10mins from the arena.

The location, atmosphere, the beads were the comfiest I’d ever slept in and the hotel is super clean and new looking.

Breakfast was nice but very expensive for the area. It was £17 pp at check-in and £22pp if you decided on the day. Three adults went for breakfast in a lovely restaurant near by and it was £26 with drinks for all of us. The balcony didn’t feel safe. The floor timber is very thin
