Formentera itself is beautiful. A great taste of Spain proper. Unlike some of the more popular holiday resorts you will have a fun time with the locals who, in the main, speak to you in the native language. Our pigeon Spanish and the locals pigeon English was plenty good enough for us. The nearest local town, Sant Fransesc is small but lovely. A little further afield is Es Pujols. More shops/ restaurants and very nice beach. The property at La Masia and ALL the amenities it provided were superb. The room has a small cooking area with a fridge there is a bathroom with good shower and nice, very large double, bedroom. Everything you need for a great stay. The breakfast, delivered to the room every morning was excellent. The pool is top notch. We will, most certainly try to get back.

The accommodation is located midway between Sant Francesc and Sant Ferran. You really need to either hire a car / bike or take a taxi to reach either of these places for eating out / shopping etc. Those towns are each about 30+ minutes walk away, along a fairly busy main route with no proper footpath. The alternative is, the very efficient, local taxis costing between 8 and 12 EURO per trip.

This was simply amazing. It was more than just "feel like at home". I can be critical sometimes, but we really enjoyed the place and staff. Nothing to complain! No doubts, when we will be coming to Formentera again - will stay at La Masia. Huge thanks to Leandro and his colleagues.

All was very good!

Super cozy boutique hotel right in the heart of Formentera; Leandro was super welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, offering advice on the best beaches to explore and even providing us with umbrellas; breakfast was incredible - recommend the homemade cake; the pool was super relaxing and a perfect place to chill; the property was easy to find and always had plenty of parking; very spacious room with a comfy bed and a great shower; the rooftop terrace was probably our favorite place to hang out, particularly in the mornings (before it got too hot) and in the evenings to watch the sun set along with a glass of wine.

Honestly, the only thing we didn't like was having to leave - our time went way too quick! The WiFi was occasionally weak, but we weren't there to work, so was not a problem.

Really beautiful and quiet bungalows. Lovely staff and very helpful.

A little expensive for what you get, far from the beach and breakfast only available at the bungalow which has its charm as well of course. The reception is open only a few hours a day so you better organise based on them being open.

Is not that I did not like it, but I think the breakfast should be served differently. For example coffees in a thermo so it can keep warm, the food covered with something, etc… The rest was perfect!

Lovely finca -type setting with private bungalow apartments stylishly decorated, very clean and comfortable. . Bathroom was also modern and nice. Air conditioning worked like a dream! Great location close to the port and to beaches. A sweet little find.

The breakfast was just ok. A generous selection but the quality of the food wasn’t great.

The location is fantastic very central and close to every lovely town and beaches, the bedroom is very comfortable and spacious, the staff is very polite and efficient, the breakfast is amazing and served at the accommodation as you choose. Peaceful and small hotel which is exactly what we were looking for.

Valentina gave us a warm welcome to the property. Breakfast was good and brought to our room. The bedroom was spacious (incl AC in bedroom), with an additional tv area and separate fully equipped kitchenette, and private terrace. We didn’t use the pool but it was big and had nice surroundings. We parked our car safely within the property. Leandro gave us great tips of what beaches were best to visit.

A bit pricey, however, we acknowledge it’s high season. A blackout curtain in the bedroom could be useful.

La Masía is our favorite place. We love Formentera and we think La Masía is the best hotel in Formentera. This was our second year coming to La Masía and we can’t wait to come next year too :) Breakfast is so good with plenty of options, beds are incredibly comfortable, staff is very friendly and the pool is pure zen.

Everything was perfect, maybe if you can bring back the snack menu for the day :)
