Genuinely Regular to ibiza. Stayed low end & high end to ibiza crown apartments top end. The rooms were perfect. Hosts were exceptional! Let friend over after asking nicely. Obviously respected noise but we had music going all the time. Pool was relaxing and peaceful. Easy access to rooms as they have keys they open via wrist band. Great value for money! As we all know ibiza very very expensive. 10 mins from airport so cheap taxi. Also was walk to restaurants & clubs such as HI ibiza, Ushuaïa ext. Honestly no fault with this place.

The hotel is spotless, including the rooms. The staff were never done cleaning the poolside area. Plenty of sunbeds and a big pool. Rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. Staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities are modern and the beds were very comfy, even the sofa bed was very comfortable. The rooms had spacious balconies, smart tv’s (with a Bose sound bar) and a fully equipped kitchen. Our room even had an iron and ironing board. The sliding window from living room onto the balcony is a nice touch. The showers were very powerful and heated up instantly.

The hotel is about a 6/7 min walk to the nearest shops and restaurants. Good restaurant options are about a 15 min walk, although the hotel will book you a taxi no problem that comes in less than 5 mins. Drinks by the pool are 14 euro (including a spirit and mixer) which we felt was quite dear, although sizes are big which is good. The poolside area and hotel in general is quiet (at times we felt like the only group staying in the hotel). This is obviously great for some groups but if you are looking a party/lively hotel this is not the place.

Lovely staff - always ask “How are you?” and nothing is too much trouble. Drinks are great. Facilities are clean and tidy.

I think some basic essentials such as milk for a coffee/tea and some complimentary small bottles of drinking water for when you arrive would have been a nice touch. Doors slam shut - very loud at night when people are returning from a night out. Soft closing doors would be good. More bin bags under the sink for us to use.

The staff was very nice and kind always here to help and respond to our request. The bed are confortable the beverages at the bar ice cofee and juices was very good and affordable we didn’t taste the food. The location is near the center and hotel offer accomodation facilities such as parking which is very convenient as there is a lot of car park outside in the evening. I recommend

Nothing in particular the prices are high in Summer season but are almost the same in every hotel plus ibiza heaven hotel offer good services and the staff is very nice

Staff all very helpful, managing us all arriving at different times, booking taxis for us, extra towels etc. Nice pool area with bar serving food. Quiet location but only a couple of mins walk to shops, cafes, bars and a 10 minute max walk to the beach. Shower room to use on the day we left as our flight was in the evening. Beds were really comfortable, even the sofa bed.

Unfortunately we were all bitten by mosquitoes during the day by the pool. I don't know if there is anything that can be done to prevent them but I'd recommend taking insect repellent to use in the day. The lock on the ladies toilet/shower room by the pool was broken.

The location of Ibiza heaven Apartments is ideal. Near everything, restaurants and beach. 5 mins walk but also not noisey at all. Very quite. Midnight curfew on noise aswel. Very secure as main gate is located at night and you have a fob to gain entry which is also used for your door. We stayed 5 nights and no cleaners came by at all, that was the only thing I noticed. All in all lovely staff and location. Comfortable beds. Apartment was super clean.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, food was not too overpriced at the cafeteria/downstairs bar, and pool was beautiful. Check in was easy, and we could walk to many parts of the island, including some of the most popular bars like Hi and Ushuaia (probably about a 15-20 minute walk for us).

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and always clean—especially after we requested housekeeping. The staff at the front desk and in the lobby were exceptionally helpful and professional. Highly recommended!
