The hotel is spotless, including the rooms. The staff were never done cleaning the poolside area. Plenty of sunbeds and a big pool. Rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. Staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities are modern and the beds were very comfy, even the sofa bed was very comfortable. The rooms had spacious balconies, smart tv’s (with a Bose sound bar) and a fully equipped kitchen. Our room even had an iron and ironing board. The sliding window from living room onto the balcony is a nice touch. The showers were very powerful and heated up instantly.

The hotel is about a 6/7 min walk to the nearest shops and restaurants. Good restaurant options are about a 15 min walk, although the hotel will book you a taxi no problem that comes in less than 5 mins. Drinks by the pool are 14 euro (including a spirit and mixer) which we felt was quite dear, although sizes are big which is good. The poolside area and hotel in general is quiet (at times we felt like the only group staying in the hotel). This is obviously great for some groups but if you are looking a party/lively hotel this is not the place.

The staff was very nice and kind always here to help and respond to our request. The bed are confortable the beverages at the bar ice cofee and juices was very good and affordable we didn’t taste the food. The location is near the center and hotel offer accomodation facilities such as parking which is very convenient as there is a lot of car park outside in the evening. I recommend

Nothing in particular the prices are high in Summer season but are almost the same in every hotel plus ibiza heaven hotel offer good services and the staff is very nice

Staff all very helpful, managing us all arriving at different times, booking taxis for us, extra towels etc. Nice pool area with bar serving food. Quiet location but only a couple of mins walk to shops, cafes, bars and a 10 minute max walk to the beach. Shower room to use on the day we left as our flight was in the evening. Beds were really comfortable, even the sofa bed.

Unfortunately we were all bitten by mosquitoes during the day by the pool. I don't know if there is anything that can be done to prevent them but I'd recommend taking insect repellent to use in the day. The lock on the ladies toilet/shower room by the pool was broken.

Location is amazing as it is located in the centre so you can easily go everywhere around this location. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful as I think, it was a family business so everybody was really genuine. 3 friends and I stayed in two bedroom flat. One room had one bed and the other one had double bed (I must say double bed is an unbelievably soft!) One of us slept in the lounge as it is fairly big enough and our friend said that he was happy with it. It was extremely clean, we were really pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel as in general. Pool area was very quiet when we stayed and very clean again. We would like to particularly thank the Venezuelan man who took us to the airport when there were no taxis available. I would definitely stay again, as there are lots of good reasons to go back!

The location of Ibiza heaven Apartments is ideal. Near everything, restaurants and beach. 5 mins walk but also not noisey at all. Very quite. Midnight curfew on noise aswel. Very secure as main gate is located at night and you have a fob to gain entry which is also used for your door. We stayed 5 nights and no cleaners came by at all, that was the only thing I noticed. All in all lovely staff and location. Comfortable beds. Apartment was super clean.

Alex was an EXCELLENT host and got our rooms sorted out, very quickly. I had booked 2 rooms for the 1 night, as part of my Stag Do and all rooms had ample space to share beds and move around!

What I didn't like was the extra security deposit I was asked to pay, before arriving at the hotel. I was caught unaware of this and would have rather paid this when I got to the actual hotel itself. On the booking, I specifically picked rooms which said 'no prepayment required' but, was then told I need to pay 200eur for both rooms. Yes, I will get this back in a few days, but I would have rather known this information, rather than receiving a message and being asked to pay before travelling to the hotel!

Of course you can not expect very much luxury but the cost/performance ratio is just amazing! So I've got nothing negative to say about it.

The property is staffed by very friendly people, the rooms are spacious and have air conditioning, and while not the closest to Playa de bosa, it is a very manageable walk. Overall a lovely stay.

Everything was lovely. We just wish the pool would stay open a bit later than 8pm, but that was highlighted to us at check-in, so we planned around the closing time of the pool.

The staff was very nice and the 24/7 reception desk definitely a plus. The apartment was nice and had all sort of comforts beyond my expectations (nice table on the balcony, tv, music system, good quality drier, iron board and iron and even..nespresso coffee machine!). The pool was great, very big and clean and there were comfy poolbeds around it. Super close (15-20 mins wlaking) to main clubs but the area was super silent at night and during the day so perfect for a good sleep after clubbing

the location is good, close, walking distance to the beach and shops/bars/restaurants. it was clean and generally quiet.

the air con in the bedroom smelled really fusty. told the reception on the last day so they were aware. also, the rooms are meant to be serviced daily but we didn’t get ours serviced at all throughout our 5 day stay. there is a coffee machine but you need to provide your own pods/tea/sugar etc.
