Localization was good, rooms where rather good, we liked quiet location and there is such option possible with windows are not going directly on the street, every day cleaning

There is a step between the room and bathroom which in night might be a problem where you forgot about it. Breakfast is given in different building what is not comfortable. I was expect a terrace on the roof which in fact was closed ( it was a reason I took this hotel in fact-but it was closed)

We had an amazing terrace up on 8th floor that gave incredible views across the city and the ocean in 3 directions. The room and terrace more than exceeded my expectations. Staff were so friendly and helpful- both on reception and at breakfast. Paloma especially was so sweet and nice. Breakfast had everything you might want and the hotel’s location was central. We really recommend this place. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

good location

There is no water in the refrigerator, no ashtrays on the balcony, the facade is being renovated - you should have warned about this, parking in the underground parking lot is quite expensive - I wanted to be informed about this in advance. It is not easy to reach on a car-very narrow street.

In a central location, ideal for the port, shopping and with access to numerous bars and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful. The fridge was useful too. Great breakfast selection available at sister hotel across the plaza.

Very small room, barely enough space to walk round the bed and with limited power points available. Only one bedside table which meant drink, book etc had to be put on the floor! No air con here, although there is a small fan.

Very nice hotel in the corner of a main square of Santa Cruz. I highly recommend booking the room with the balcony - views are really nice! The breakfasts were really tasty and were served in a restaurant in the other building on the same square, so it wasn't a problem for me (especially there were also a nice views from restaurant :)). The staff was helpfull and proffessional. I really recommend that place!

No AC, but in November it wasn't a problem. I don't know why, but even if wi-fi had a good connetion, it hasn't internet during my whole stay.

Newly renovated room, clean and quiet. I want to give a big plus for the beds and bedding with duvet covers. The ceiling fan was also really great to have. Best of all, they allowed us to bring our little pup.

The bathroom was missing a hook, as well as a shelf to place essentials. Also, if you value privacy, part of the balcony is see-through to the neighbor's balcony.

The location was great for us, close to historic areas, shopping, port and parks Good breakfast, comfortable room and great balcony with city and sea view. Great staff very helpful. Really good value.

We loved everything! The place was very clean, and the staff was extremely kind. The hotel’s location is excellent. The price-to-quality ratio is fantastic. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back if we have the chance because the hotel is in the very center, with everything within walking distance.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

We always stay at Adonis, either the Capital or the Plaza I've been at least 28 times as we live in the south, & just love your hotels, I always feel welcome & at ease & really enjoy the evenings, sat on the balcony overlooking the square , So thank you 😊

The new breakfast at Plaza... I Much preferred it before! There Was a lot more choice, it was a lot more pleasant and relaxing than it is now !!
