Hotel met my expectations. I was amazed with the location which is perfect. Premises were minimal in size but speciuos enough for shoort staying. Staff is excelent, From 1 to 10 I give them 12. Very proffesional, polite and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and hotel have every reason to be proud on its restaurant. Plenty reasons to chose this hotel, especially if you don't feel the need to pay larger sum for accomodation.

Room we were in, is ready for redecoration since all the carpentry, bathroom tiles and rugs are from late 70-ies or early 80-ies style. Nothing was broken and everything was functional but really obsolete.

Good quality to price. Parking was not a big problem after contacting the hotel they gave us decent instructions how to reach the parking and its 50m from the hotel. Beds are super comfy, rarely you have so comfortable beds and thats a huge plus. Rooms are ok. Breakfast was also ok.

It was more of my bad, (I didint check it out) rather than the hotel but it turned out that we had New Years Eve stage under hotel that held amazing concerts till 6 am :D I will never forgot Benny Benassi at 5.30 together with "arriva" "arriva" "VAMOS!!!!". We asked the reception if we could have room in the back and we could not. We didint sleep whole night. Other than that hotel was ok, just keep in mind its in the middle of a very busy area.

Recently refurbished and comfortable room with balcony overlooking a main square with views to the sea. Very convenient central location for walking around central areas, main bus station a couple of stops on close by tram, ferry terminal a ten minute walk. Note that the hotel has rooms with balconies onto the main square, with bars below, and also rooms onto a quite street to the rear, and also rooms onto a light well, so take care when booking. Well worth the extra for the front balcony in our opinion. The hotel refurbishment complained about in posts a few months back seems to be complete, with just the ground floor commercial units and reception being in final stages of fit-out in Sept 2024.

Not really a dislike just to note that you have to ask at reception for kettle and cups.

A lovely quiet room on the third floor situated away from the busy street. After a long day travelling we were exhausted and very grateful for a quiet place to rest. Very clean and hygienic, bathroom was spotless and the beds comfortable. The room could be hot at times but we did have a working air con which helped keep us comfortable.

We did request a double bed but sadly was given twin beds. This wasn’t an issue as such as the beds were comfortable and we had a lovely room with no outside noise.

Nice hotel at perfect location in the town centre. Easy check-in process, comfy beds, great resting place after GR131 trek :-) Some facilities are a bit outdated, but what should be clean was clean and that is important. Breakfast was bufet style, with everything what you mey need or want. My room was on 6th floor, oriented to backyard and street, but the noise from outside was acceptable. Would surely come back.

Maybe the air conditioner was blowing and the room doors were banging a bit louder.

Good location close to plenty of bars and restaurants etc. Was perfect for a one night stay before picking up a cruise ship the next day

Not really the hotels fault, but was very noisy 7am truck parked just under our window, loading /unloading making a lot of noise

Excellent location in absolute centre, if you want calm and silent place, this is not for you. Breakfast contains the usuall (eggs, bacon, pastry, sometimes beans or hashbrown, cornflakes, ham, cheese, some cornflakes, fruit,..). Parking possible for 10€/day and is located around 200m away from the hotel. Personnel was helpfull and pleasant. Possibility to borrow iron on reception. Super fast elevators!

Older looking hotel, hole in sheets, little smelly AC but nothing serious. Loud location in centre, but that is obvious, for us, not a problem.

The breakfast was poor smoked salmon with boiled egg on crostini, or roast pork on crostini no hot option no bacon eggs etc plenty of cake .if I’d known would have eaten out, had to ask for milk and hot water to be replenished took ages found out we’re boiling it all in a pan didn’t even have a kettle Not much choice of cereal coco pops or a cheap Museli Clean restaurant only open for breakfast Hotel nice and central nice sized rooms plenty restaurants either side of the hotel

Hot breakfast option if you don’t like smoked salmon

We chose the Adonis Plaza for it's proximity to the port and were not disappointed as it is was just a short and pleasant walk. It is also central in Santa Cruz and good for exploring the city, night life and eating out. The room was simple, a little tired but absolutely adequate for our needs. The bonus for us was at breakfast -- the breakfast was very good, charming staff and sitting on stools at a table looking out over the plaza below a great way to enjoy breakfast. The price was very good too.

At the price point nothing.

Large room, comfortable bed (firm mattress), great location, and overall, really lovely, kind and always friendly reception staff.

The key card stopped working several times per day, I had to keep going to reception to get it fixed, but the staff at reception were always quick to help - with a smile and kindness. The breakfast wasn't great.
