Excellent location in sort, great pool in a beatiful garden setting. The quality of the food at the pool side was exceptionally good. Very friendly and helpful staff

The rooms we stayed were a bit dated and you could sometimes here some neighborhing sounds.

The hotel room was in good condition, clean, staff was really friendly, and there was the best bed in my life, so it was a great pleasure to stay here!

The only disappoint was that we arrive at Sunday and this day spa and restaurant was closed, so we couldn't visit it. And for me breakfast was not perfect, the food was tasty, but not diversity.

Hotel in a central location.  good breakfast  The hotel restaurant for dinner is very good.  Since we were outside the tourist season we were upgraded to a room with a balcony facing the pool

There is not enough lighting in the room

Fabulous views from our room. Able to park right outside the hotel. apart from the evening meal everything was included so no hidden extras to pay.

if you were a light sleeper the church bells might trouble you but for me they added to the character of the place.

the ladies at the front desk was brilliant, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. the spa was great after a week skiing too. fantastic hotel.

Excellent hotel with great facilities, well equipped rooms with air conditioning, spotlessly clean, great out door pool and bar area, dinner was quality and good value, staff are really friendly.

Needs a bit of updating

Parking was easy - there was a covered garage but we opted for the off road parking right outside the hotel entrance. Nice decor, everything worked fine eg shower. There was quite a large balcony (narrow but long) that gave a good view of the town. The town was pleasant enough to walk around, but as it was the end of the summer season it had quite a quiet feel. The breakfast was a self-service one which offered a very good range of items - although there was no hot food beyond toast. We did not use the spa but the prices certainly seemed to be quite reasonable.

Nothing - if needing a hotel in Sort this hotel would be fine, albeit that there was nothing unique or quirky about it: what it did, it did quite well. The gym area looked a little tired and under-used.
