Hotel was modern and welcoming. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Staff were extremely helpful, especially with allergies. Breakfast was good. Dogs were welcomed in all areas, including breakfast, which was fantastic.

Small problem with how to work the air conditioning. Slightly disappointing that when we reported the issue on checkout, staff were already aware it was confusing. Maybe this could be explained at check in or the stickers which cause the confusion modified. We could have asked at reception when we had issues, but it was late and we didn’t want to cause an issue (as we assumed it wasn’t working)

If you want to go to Barcelona without the car, it takes a while as the train station is 30 minutes walk away, but i think its still better than to pay overpriced hotels in Barcelona. Shopping mall is 10 minutes walk away and right next to the hotel is a gas station with good price.

You have to pay extra for parking (outside 6, inside 10 euros per night), but it was possible to park along the road for free

There is a lovely terrace where you can eat breakfast. The breakfast was great. We really appreciated that they offer parking in their own garage (for 10€), that definitely made us feel safer about our car. They have comfy but rather small beds (140 cm), but pillows were great.

The surroundings aren't very nice but there is a big supermarket nearby.

The walls are a bit thin and I could hear the couple conversing in bed at night, they weren't being loud just talking at normal volume but it felt like they were in the room with me and I could feel them turning in their bed through the wall. The comfy bed made up for it though

Really friendly staff, the receptionist was from Venezuela, she spoke perfect English and was so helpful. We got the train in to Barcelona and had a lovely afternoon, we got an Uber back from Barcelona for 31 euro. Excellent value hotel

The hotel is on a dual carriageway, we had our dog with us and there was nowhere to go to walk him.

The service was outstanding. The staff, whether at the desk or at the bar/breakfast, was super friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy, the room towards the back was very quiet.

Some might fine the rooms a bit too minimalistic. It is a good kind of minimalism, though. A slightly larger garbage bin would have been good.

We had originally booked accommodation in Salou which on arrival was absolutely awful, fraudulent review rating. We were fortunate that the Hotel Terrassa Confort had rooms available. We were allocated a pet friendly room which was more than adequate. We were greeted by friendly staff and were able to get supper in the restaurant.

The staff were amazing, so helpful. Andrea and Adhriana could not have been more friendly and more helpful. They made the stay at the hotel that much better. We were there for 8 nights.

The location is in a very commercial area surrounded by big industrial buildings.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable and very convenient. The staff was very friendly the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.. to get the quality plus parking and breakfast was a great surprise we will definitely go back again

Rooms good size..bathroom perfect

A bit too many cushions round the dining area making sitting at the table uncomfortable. Barman served us beer, obviously the last of the barrel which I wouldn’t have given to my dog . The rest of the staff were friendly and efficient.
