The location is great, the room spacious, the breakfast good.

We were disappointed by 3 aspects: 1. The tap water was (temporarily) not drinkable. In such a case, I would have expected the hotel to supply bottled water for free. Instead, we were chargen 3.1 euro per bottle (1.5l) 2. Our room was hot even at night. We just couldn't cool it down. The airco can't cope, despite us visiting the first half of june. This meant pretty bad sleep for us. 3. I imagine most of the guests come to visit Ordesa. Many hikes there are quite long, and we wanted to start early - as probably any serious hikers would. Unfortunately, the breakfast is only served from 07:30, which delayed our plans. Moreover, the dinner is only served from 07:30pm, but after a long hike we were starving by 6pm and had to go to the town of Torla to eat something.

Overall we had a great stay here. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing for getting to several beautiful day hikes. Breakfast, dinner and coffee all exceeded our expectations. Our room was ready with the crib we requested for our baby, parking was easy and free, and the hotel was clean and quiet. Great place for families!

Might have just been the time of year, but we had A LOT of flies in our room when we opened the windows on the first night. It would be nice if they could get some screens for the windows.

Very nice, big hotel, 18 minutes walking distance to the center of Torla. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, where you can order drinks and food. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, very good food quality and they filled it up till closing time

The hairdryer didn't really work, rather small room. We had dinner once, the food was okay, but not as good as the breakfast.

The spa access crazy expensive and restaurant staff could be more friendly and interactive They could be selling tickets for the bus to Monte Perdido, it would be an excellent service for the guests

Exactly as in the photos. A perfect base to explore the National Park. Dogs welcome. Good restaurant and cafe offering locally sourced food at reasonable prices. Comfortable room, swimming pool (open from mid-June to September). Nice lounge and garden seating area. Room has no air conditioning however it really isn’t necessary this high but fans area available and there are no mosquitoes.

Good location but not if you want to walk into town as just a little too far to walk comfortably. Pool ok to splash around in but not great if you want to swim lengths as a little small and crowded

The staff are dedicated and will find the way to guide and help when asked. The hotel restaurant has an interesting menu offer. I ended up not trying the swimming pool but it looked appealing.

I understand that the weather was exceptionally warm and I was aware at the time I made the booking that the room offered no air conditioning. Still, I wished I had air conditioning in the first two nights. I understood I was lucky that there was a fan I the hotel made available to me but, it was on a state of disrepair and it took me some bricolage activity to get it to some basic working and electrical safety conditions. It was also in need of basic cleaning.

Loved the location! Torla is a very cute little town in the Ordesa valley with gorgeous views and great access to hiking trails. The hotel is well placed slightly out of town but still within walking distance. The pool was nice for a quick dip or just to sit beside in the sun. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean

The best location to visit the National Park. Easy, free and secure car parking. Friendly staff at the restaurant and helpful staff at the reception desk with great tips of places to visit. Quiet room. Great view from the room.

Short bed for tall North-Europeans.

This hotel has fantastic views, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The staff were so kind and helpful. And the breakfast and restaurant were excellent (we had a fantastic lamb dish for dinner). They have a wonderful outdoor seating area as well.
