A good choice at brekfast Location very central for the town and the beach. Lots of bars and reataurants within a few minutes walk.

Only one sachet of coffee in the room and one milk. Was told that it is complementary to start with, then you have to buy your own. Not sure if this is a particular Spanish thing but have travelled a lot and can always get a top up of coffee and milk elsewhere.

The hotel is beautiful and is in the coolest place - 2 minutes to the beach and many shops and cafes nearby. Everything is close and the embankment is nearby. The beach is comfortable, the water is clean, there are many places to eat to choose from

There are questions about cleanliness, when we checked into the room it was not cleaned. I took a video and showed it to the administrator, the dust was not wiped, the floor was dirty and there was old garbage under the bed. Still, for a 4-star hotel the cleaning should be high-quality and often, and if you do not hang a sign on the door, then the room is not cleaned

Have stayed here before as it is very central and economic. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Big rooms. Good breakfast for the price with Nespresso coffee pods which is unusual. Some English channels on TV, though I had difficulty with strange tiny remote. Kettle and drinks tray provided and fridge, A problem I had with the electrics was solved within minutes. Soft pillows available as a memory foam alternative.

Struggled with the shower, the knob on the tap was impossible to pull up. Think the room needs a ceiling fan as it was a bit stuffy.

Beds were very comfy, liked the fact that our children had their own room, reception staff very helpful, loved the underground car parking, loved being near the beach

There was something like a generator in the basement that needs attention - every time it started (which was every 10 minutes or so), the whole hotel could hear it. Also I noticed that a lady who worked for the hotel had the noisiest trolley in the world and it was wheeled along the street very early in the morning which wasn't so great if you were trying to sleep. Surely a set of rubber pneumatic tyres would make her life and the residents life easier!! Also food at breakfast was very poor quality ... not an issue for us on the following days as we went out for breakfast at a local cafe which was 100x better

Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. I was staying as my mum was in the local hospital and the hotel was the perfect location to visit her. I asked if I could stay for extra nights and it was arranged for me straight away. The staff were brilliant.

My room was a little dated with cracked tiles on bathroom floor and air con only blew out warm air but as I wasn’t there for a holiday it didn’t bother me but I guess it might have if it was hotter.

I had a family member in the local hospital and found this hotel when looking for something close by, it was perfect less than a 20 minute walk to the hospital and had lots of shops and supermarkets near by also very close to the beachfront. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful the rooms were clean & comfortable and the breakfast was great. Would not hesitate to book again.

Absolutely nothing it was perfect for what i needed.

Centrally located to beachfront and town centre. Room was very hot, as aircon wasn't working due to it being winter. Had to sleep with balcony doors open, making room noiser from bars opposite. . Room had a fridge and kettle. Wifi good. Lots of hot water in powerful.shower. Nice big balcony but was dirty and full of someone elses long hair. Short walk to bus station. Overall would stay again as staff nice and location great

Great place in a lively area, full of restaurants and bars and close to the beach. The check-in was smooth and the staff very polite and helpful. There are quite a few free parking places 200m from the hotel, marked in white.

There were almost no vegetables for breakfast, except sliced tomatoes in the fridge. Also, the area being quite busy, there were random people on the street having rather noisy fun, on weekends.

We did not have the buffet breakfast as we preferred to walk out. The location of the hotel is ideally situated for shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff very quickly changed our room when the ceiling leaked, due to the awful weather. Obviously, this was not their fault. The cleaning staff did a great job on the rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at Torre Del Mar, where I especially enjoyed the spacious room and balcony, the impeccable cleanliness, and the delicious, varied buffet. I also want to mention that the staff are incredibly attentive and professional, and Estrela is an absolute gem with her kindness and warmth.

The hotel's proximity to the beach is excellent, but parking nearby can be a bit challenging in August.
