Excellent location, near beach, close to center, but still in a quiet area. Sea view rooms are comfortable and with walk in showers. It worth taking sea view rooms as the standard ones look like a 3 star hotel.

Breakfast - although they have a large variance of options, quality is poor (cold croissants, dry bananas, not tasty pineapple or kiwi, no coffee machine with coffee beans...)

The view from our hotel room was amazing. The room was clean and tidy; the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered different options, and everything tasted good.

There is a pool and a hot tub on the property, but the hotel doesn't offer towel services. So you need to either bring your own or buy one at the front desk. This is inconvenient if you are traveling with limited luggage space. They offer private parking for €20 a day, which is quite pricey.

Great location right next to the centre of town and directly overlooking the beach. Loved the view from the dining room, and the food was great! Easy access to beach across the road and 4 minutes walk into town centre. Villa was spacious and had a lovely sea view from main bedroom.

There was a little confusion around billing for child meals, with half-price being levied for 10 mth/1 year olds (although this depended on the staff as some didn't charge). The villa felt like it was treated as separate to the hotel, so no room cleaning or towel changing without additional charge and didn't have as many amenities as I would have expected from a villa in a 4 star hotel (no condiments - salt, oil, sugar, no spare tea towels, additional cleaning products etc). Dinner starting at 8pm with no flexibility was tough for a family travelling with 4 infants - luckily we had a kitchen in villa, but offering some simpler pasta dishes for families from say 6pm would greatly help!

This property is walking distance to Platja Mar Menuda and the old town of Tossa de Mar as well as Muralles de Tossa de Mar. The area is not that large so many restaurants, other beach coves nearby. The rooms are comfortable and kind staff clean the rooms daily. We had the breakfast daily and consisted of a selection of cured meats, eggs, breads, fruit, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juice. The restaurant staff are also very friendly, especially the gentleman who led us to our table each morning the week we were there (didn’t get his name but he wears dark rimmed glasses). He let us know there would be fireworks in the town on the particular day we were there, which was a delightful surprise. We didn’t use much of the pool and spa, just explored the coves, and home base to explore the Costa Brava for the week.

Be aware that the hotel does not have beach towel service so you will need to bring your own or walk to the super market nearby, where you can buy towels, umbrellas or anything else you may need for your beach day. Parking is 21 Euros. The lady checking us in said the attendant is supposed to bring our car when needed, however, the man working that week showed my husband where to park his car and then never made eye contact with us or say hello the rest of the week. I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt but I did see him assist others.

Excellent location with great views and a great pool area

We got a transfer from the airport in Girona which dropped us off at the main bus station in Tossa de mar which is located about a fifteen minute walk from the hotel . We received no information beforehand about this so we had to walk with two cases to the hotel when we arrived they said you should have rung us and we would have picked you up After reading reviews about how good the food was we were disappointed about the breakfast menu which was very bland typical hotel buffet food No entertainment at all during the evening all week so we went to hotel next door who provided entertainment over three nights while we were there

Absolutely gorgeous location, and great place to stay! I particularly liked that the hotel seemed very well designed in terms of layout, maximising the gorgeous view onto the cove and well-maintained.

Our balcony looked onto the car park and air conditioning machines, which was very noisy with the window open - but absolutely did not matter as we a) had the door and blinds shut as it was so hot and b) were at the beach most of the time! We also couldn't find the gym - the signage wasn't very clear...

Great location slightly away from the main town but still only a 5-10 minute walk. This also meant the hotel had easy access to a small beach away from the main one. The pool area was lovely if you prefer that and it’s served by a decent bar with helpful staff. The sea view from the room was great.

Slightly dated interior but nothing overly concerning. The gym could use an update with AC being included. The price of renting the pádel court was off-putting

The hotel’s location is ideal, next to a beautiful beach, away from the crowds but within walking distance to the old town. The staff are wonderful, going out of their way to make us feel at home. The layout of the hotel is very cozy and original. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The pool is large enough for exercise. Breakfast is excellent. We would definitely return.

The WiFi was spotty and could have been better. The jacuzzi could have been warmer. Soundproofing of the rooms left something to be desired. Struggling to find much else I didn’t like.

Four course dinner set meals were a little repetitive, average quality and rushed and late sitting from 8pm Breakfast quality was disappointing.and busy Pool was too cold. Poor soundproofing in bedroom from above Twin beds were on the small size Only one evening entertainment In a week - More of this please as they were really good!

specious room, very clean, huge balcony, gorgeous view, delicious food, large swimming pool, closeness to the beach

no bottled water in the room, no free beach towels , air conditioner was leaking and dripping from the ceiling just on the bed pillows, but the most outrageous was the receptionist’s behaviour.
