Excellent location and helpful staff. Very clean.

Switching the lights on and off was quite a program everytime, so a basic level instruction guide to that would come handy. Also a fridge and possibly a coffee maker would be great addition to the room. Especially that tap water is from warm to hot, thus drinking cold enough water is quite a challenge in summer heat.

Great location in town. Room and bathroom spacious, clean, comfortable and well designed. Peaceful and quiet. Breakfast exceptional. Parking arrangements excellent.

Felt a little out-of-season - not much life and no-one at reception when we arrived at 3pm. Had to telephone to get in. Few staff, but all very helpful, efficient and friendly.

Good location with easy overnight parking. We were upgraded to a very large room. Bed and bedding were good.

Room and bathroom vanity area was a bit dark. And, we were unable to turn only the light in bathroom area without also turning all the other lights on. Slight inconvenience that we couldn't find any power outlets near bed.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, and a very nice and welcoming staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us with travel and dinning recommendations, all were excellent.

The room was spacious and very modern. The personnel was very friendly. The toilet was apart from the shower and rest of the bathrooms which was very convenient.

The light switches: even though we are highly educated we couldn’t figure out how they worked. There were not plugs to charge our phones close to the bed. I think the hotel was too expensive for what it offered.

The hotel is easy to find. After passing the plaza, turn right off the main street that enters the town, and the hotel entrance is a few doors down on your left. The parking house entrance is just across the street, so you can easily transport your luggage. Directly across the plaza is a good little coffee shop where you can have breakfast with good coffee and pastries. Many restaurants on the main street are within easy walking distance. Our room was on the top floor with a lift. Swallows swoop by at eye level while you stand on the large balcony overlooking a school playground, an historical church, and in the distance, the countryside outside of town. The room is comfortable and attractively-decorated in an original and unique modern style. Thanks to its location away from the street, the room was very quiet. Best of all, however, was the staff who were exceedingly pleasant and helpful. A train ride brought us practically to the front door of the Freixinet wine cellars for our tour.

Good size room, very quiet, excellent shower, good air con and very easy parking.

The lights were a disaster, the switches don't work and ruin what is otherwise a very good hotel. Management are aware and claim they can't be changed because of building restrictions. Rubbish!!--if you can't use wired switches then install radio switches. Keep them simple on/off forget the dimming, its not necessary. I would not stay here again because of the lights and I guess many others feel the same way.

Proximity to town and restaurants and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful
