This hotel runs by a family where you are far better taken care of rather than any Airbnb or large corporate Hotels. They were really nice with my family. The hotel was need and clean. Car parking was also in a closed hall. So, you don’t have to worry about it at night. We went to Barcelona on both nights and used to come back late in the night from Barcelona and the uncle were really nice and they opened the garage door for us. Moreover the breakfast is a really plus which will save your rest of the day. Especially there was a freshly baked cake in the breakfast which was really good.

We have stayed here about 6 times. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. The air conditioning was excellent and very necessary. The bathroom was very modern and new with a good shower. Shampoo, shower gel and handwash supplied. Good quality towels and sheets. The evening meal and service as always was excellent with a good local wine.

Nothing we did not like, the hotel is perfect for our needs.

Does what it says on the tin. Good, old school, Spanish hotel. Beds/pillows comfy, nice and clean, shower excellent, breakfast fine, smiley receptionist. Hard to fault at the price and lovely village to explore too.

The church bells going through the night can be annoying if a light sleeper but they cant do anything about that.

Hotel was so friendly even though English was a bit limited lady who looked after us was lovely and so welcoming nothing was too much to even borrowing a iron

Just a bit too far out from main Barcelona but trains was accessible

Great location, easy to park, great personnel, comfy bed. Quiet!!! which is really very important as we escaped Barcelona on San Joan especially to stay away from the noise. Large shower, hot water. Breakfast was nothing special, but coffee was great. Very friendly staff. My kid became hungry as we were about to sleet (at 22:00), so we asked for a glass of milk and there were no questions :)

Don't get your expectations too high, this is a very simple hotel. The cleanliness was a bit lower than perfect. No fridge in the room.

We arrived early and were still welcomed and allocated our room. Dinner was good value and of a good quality. The underground garage was tight for space but made sure our car was secure while staying.

My wife found the bed too hard. The bed side light did not work but was not really needed.

Extremely clean and comfortable hotel with a great dinner at a great price. I most definitely would stay here again. It is run by a family and they pay attention to details.

The hotel was oldie worlds and very quaint it was refreshingly down to earth. The young lady on reception was fantastic and nothing was a problem for her to do for you ,with a genuine smile on her face .

Breakfast was mostly packets of sweet bread and biscuits

The hotel is really clean and the staff is really friendly. The room was big. The breakfast is okeish. Not a great variety but it is enough.

Don Pelayo is a special place that we found by pure coincidence and we are glad we did! the owners are so welcoming and the food is delicious. We would definitely go back again. Thank you <3
