The staff were incredibly friendly—you could tell that every question or request would be taken seriously and resolved with care. The cold welcome drink on arrival was a lifesaver, especially on such a hot day. Breakfast was delicious, and each morning the staff were buzzing around, making sure everything was perfect. You really felt looked after. That said, we would’ve appreciated a bit more variety throughout the week, as the options stayed the same each day. The beach is just a short walk away, and the promenade is long and scenic—we explored it in both directions and loved it. The pools are on the smaller side, but we still enjoyed using them daily. If you're renting a car, there's plenty to see and do nearby—Barcelona and other cities are within easy reach.

The hotel has a great location — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The rooms are spacious enough, which made it comfortable to stay with kids. The pool on the ground floor was cleaned every morning, and the water was warm.

Breakfast had a rather limited selection, and sometimes there were no vegetables at all.

Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Delicious breakfast. Great outdoor pool. I highly recommend it.

The room was really comfortable and all of the staff are lovely!! We enjoyed our time around the pool and it's only a short walk to the beach

The restaurant didn't look open and inside at the pool bar is very sparse. Doesn't look much like a eating space but the food is really nice and lovely eating around the pool

personnel is great and very helpful; swimming pool clean and not crowded; main bed very comfortable; cleaning every day; breakfast plain but also really OK.

Atrium /west wing air conditioning design temperatura has a lot to wish for a comfortable experience.

Decore was lovely, pool was great. Sun hits the best midday.

Showers needed fixing and too much grime on them.

Clean and comfortable room and bed. We did not used the spa and swimming pool because we arrived too late.
