Ideal hotel for an overnight stay, it's central location in Zamora was great and enabled us to sample the many shops, bars, restaurants and cafes in the area. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful and we really appreciated the secure storage for our bikes. The rooms were excellent, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was lovely and spacious with a dressing table as well as the usual toilet and shower.

The breakfast! When we booked, on booking.com it indicated that breakfast is served in the room. What it didn't mention was that breakfast was already in our rooms when we arrived as it was all pre-packaged stuff. The only good thing were the fruit juices in the fridge which were delicious!! The receptionist did recommend a couple of cafes that would be open early and served good breakfasts.

The location was perfect for cycling Camiño Via de La Plata. Secure bike storage. Excellent location for exploring the beautiful city. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Alba, the receptionist, was great! She was welcoming, spent time advising us on where to visit, where to eat (perfect recommendations, full of locals!)

Great location, modern, clean, and very nice person who checked me in and helped get a taxi when I had to leave.

It’s a little harder when there is no one physically at the reception desk during the day but overall it was still a very nice stay that I was happy with.

A bit challenging to find. No permanent reception so had to arrange a time to be met. Could hear street noise in the evening although not too loud.

Stylish well appointed spacious room in great central location. Receptionist very helpful and reliable - excellent English. Liked how we were checked in when we arrived early. Great having an espressos machine, pastries, and fridge with fresh juice.

The room was confortable, clean and inviting, Alba the person in charge is fantastic, she did everything possible to help us.

At night the room was very hot and the we couldn’t control the thermostat so we didn’t sleep well. We are from the USA and not familiar with the city, we used GPS to find the hotel and it was very difficult to find it.

Excellent central location ,modern and very comfortable. The reception girl was extremely friendly and helpful with information . Best shower !

Small contemporary hotel, very close to the Plaza Mayor. Perfect for travellers on the camino. Small breakfast provided in the room.

I couldn't get the coffee machine to work, but maybe that's just me!

The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable. The location was great within walking distance to everywhere in the old town.

The room was small but very good, we liked the bed and size of the bathroom. The receptionist was very kind and understanding. The hotel was very quiet in a plaza with a supermarket and no bars open until late, which was a plus.
