The breakfast was good and had many surprises, like avocado, passionfruit,mango. The garden is like paradise. The staff is very dedicated to their job and makes you feel at home. The home is a very nice decorated home with many antiques.

During powercuts we would appreciate a GENERATOR. Some guests might complain about the noise of a generator but the opposite neighbour does use a generator so some noise will be there anyway.

Very personal connection to the staff. Beds were comfortable and clean. Spacious bathroom. A lot of green around. More on the quiet side even though it is close to the main road.

Some items of the furniture should be replaced as they are quite old or broken. The air condition in our room did work but if you're someone who likes to freeze the room down to 21 degrees, that's something that will not happen. Entrance to the hotel is a bit further down than indicated on Google maps. So you should be searching for the yoga dome of the hotel which is at the right location on Google maps. I would love to see some investment in the property and a clearer focus on what it wants to be. A yoga retreat or a spacious character hotel in a lot of green.

It’s 30 meters from the beach, but also right in the jungle forest with tall trees, a small canal and all kinds of beautiful animals such as peacocks. Their veranda is great if you work remotely. High internet speed. Right in the middle of the backyard jungle there is a yoga house, where you can enjoy classes with Ranjan. Ranjan gave us a lot of useful health advises that have drastically improved our well being. Rooms are great, clean and cousy. Staff is very friendly. I’m going to recommend this place to all of my friends.

The property has a lot of character and is surrounded by lush jungle.. the staff were friendly and attentive. Only one minute from the beach and many dining options. Very relaxing environment.

The room I had would benefit from better lighting and bedside tables.

I loved the location, the staff's attentiveness and the feel of the beautiful Secret Garden. Unlike the regular hotels nearby, Secret Garden is charming and a hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Unnawatuna.

Great place with a beautiful lush garden. Although it’s located along the road where all restaurants are it’s so quiet. The staff and owner were outstanding and very helpful. Definitely recommended.

The garden is beautiful. There are friendly dogs. The rooms are comfortable. The staff were very accomodative and helpful. All round a great experience.
