Everything was just how it was described. There was easy to check in (they sent a code and it could be made without meeting anybody from the staff). At the reception, where I could pick up my room-keys (it was prepared on the reception-desk), there was also beauty products and nearly everything what you would need for a one night(few-nights)-stay, so you could buy it there (like shower cream or shampoo etc...). You could also find hand-soap and little shampoo in the room. The room was clean and it had everything, even shoehorn and snacks (crisps, chocolate, gummies etc.). There were blinds on the window, which is important if you like to sleep in the dark. The breakfast was absolutely good and there was also private parking space.

The bed could be harder for my taste. It was strange that you couldn't open the window in the room, only in the bathroom.

Friendly staff. Good value for the money you paid. Free and plenty parking. Historic center in walking distance. It's hotel covering the basic needs and it does that very well and in a sympathetic way.

There could have been a sink where you could brush your teeth, wash your hands other than in the toilet.

Sharing toilet

The shared kitchen and facilities was great, The room and bathroom was clean as well as spaciuous enough for two persons. There was enough WC around the hotel.

The bed was not cozy enough. It could have been better.

This is a great place to stay for families. Rooms are clean and comfortable; staff friendly and helpful; breakfast is nice. There's also a shared kitchen on main floor, w/ space allotted in a large refrigerator and cupboards for guest groceries (and a grocery store nearby), and pots/pans for cooking if you don't want to eat out every meal. The location threw us off at first: when you drive up from the highway, it feels like it is in the middle of nowhere. But an easy 1km walk or so brings you right to the castle and main part of town; and maps are available at front desk

Even though it was not very hot outside the room was getting warm quickly. Lousiest “juice” at breakfast.
