This is a budget hotel and excellent value for money. The beds were really comfortable, the room clean and the staff very pleasant. Hot drinks are available 24 hours, and the continental breakfast was also a great bonus. If you don't want to pay a fortune for an overnight stay, I would highly recommend the Park.

Extremely comfortable beds, nice, clean shower (no shampoo, so get one yourself), very friendly staff, good breakfast, free coffee and tea, and amazingly equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi. We’re very happy with our stay and if you want a place close to Lulea center, don’t think twice!🤍🤍🤍

Nothing, everything perfect!

Perfectly calm location, yet very near the station and an excellent supermarket. Great top floor shared kitchen where we were able to prepare and eat supper. Nice breakfast provided early enough in the morning to catch our train. Good WiFi, effective for work. Access to the hotel easy.

Excellent location for shopping, food and public transport. Absolutely astounded the hairdryer in the room came with a diffuser - the rarest thing I've ever seen. Bathroom was typical and highly functional, plenty of storage. Room was very clean and serviced daily. Excellent breakfast, loved being able to make food in the upstairs kitchen, nice lounge/breakfast area, free extensive variety of tea and self-select coffee machine.

Bed was comfortable but the mattress springs made a bit of noise and I found myself sleeping towards the middle of the twin beds to avoid bouncing off the bed. Also, did not realise the room was serviced daily or I would have requested no service in my 2 night stay. I came back to find my things had been moved around and 1 item I couldn't find for at least 5mins and thought it had been throw out. The light in the middle of the window meant the curtains wouldn't close properly in a room facing the street.

Great location not far from the harbour, bus and railway station as well as the city centre, friendly staff and comfortable beds. ......

Super easy self check in, room was clean, warm and comfortable. Nice simple European breakfast was included. A short walk from the station, city or waterfront.

The breakfast is, eh how do you say, serviceable. I suppose it is great that any breakfast is included at that price, however it is really the minimum to qualify for breakfast.

Hotel is in the city center, rooms are big enough for 3 people, all the essentials were included. Reception was helpful letting us check in before, even if room was not ready yet (we left luggage while visiting the city), wonderful

I suggest to improve time of response via Booking chat, improve a little bit breakfast by adding more biscuits or fruits, basically was good, but if you want to improve it there you have an advice ;)

Nice, clean and pleasant - we stayed for one night, we were very tired after the trip and slept well in this place :) there was parking, easy check-in, quiet. We recommend

The room was great for my short stay of one night. The Beds were comfortable and clean and in a very good location. I would recommend this room for a short stay.
