Hotel was in old building so it was kind of interesting. Location was great in old city. Distance to terminal was long but acceptable. Breakfast was ok and room itself ok. Bathroom was big and in well condition. I guess building was really an old "börs" house so it was kinf of interesting building.

There were no air ventilation which caused room to be little hot in the evening, So we have to keep window open at night. At our staying day temperatures where not even hot. Building was old and in many levels so there were lot of stairs and corridors and doors. Sometimes we got lost. Guidance how to enter at hotel after 18:00 should be much clearer. Drawing which door to use to enter at night would help.

At arrival, it was hard to find the hotel entrance with the instructions provided. We got lost and took us a long time to finally understand what we were supposed to find the key pad and to get in. Driving in the city is very complicated and we asked for help from local people who were walking on the street. We also had a hard time going up the stairs with heavy luggage and no elevator. I had no idea that my room was in the higher level when I booked, but once we got in everything starting getting easier. The breakfast was amazing, the furniture and the decoration gave us a feeling of being in a royal palace. We slept well all nights and got good rest. The shower was a little challenging as the water spread out everywhere. The skylight in the room is a plus. Although so much stairs and low ceilings, I would stay in this hotel the next time.

The room was quite small but was very clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was great. The decor of the dining room was amazing!

Having to pull my luggage over the cobblestones, though to be fair, a lot of the walk from the ferry terminal was smooth. A general comment about Visby in May: I wish I'd known how far ahead you need to book any tours.

The rooms were clean, modern, and absolutely lovely. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious, and in the cutest historical room with art all around. Great location and all around really fantastic stay. It was worth the price in the off season for sure.

It would have been nice to receive the after hours check in instructions earlier as I only got them around noon on check in day.

Close to port and in the old town so getting there was easy. The hotel is a charming old building with lots of character. The breakfast was good.

No air conditioning meant the room was very hot in the summer sun and with windows open at night there was noise disturbance from a nearby bar and subsequent drunken shouting in the street.

The Location was great, very central, an average of 6 min from every busy area and 1 min from the city museum. The room was nice, clean and the staff was super helpful. Breakfast was also very nice in a very fascinating setting.

Overall a great experience. I would Definitely come back or recommend the place to others. I would just suggest to consider adding a full body mirror to the wall.

Very good location. Beautiful victorian decoration style. Clean and warm room. The breakfast buffet had enough selection, with good quality bred, fruit, cold cuts and juices and veggies among others.

Hotel had absolutely amazing location. In the heart of the Visby Old Town, literally next door to the Gotland Museum and additionally in the very old beautiful, historical building which was fully renovated. The room was modern and clean, the bathroom tiny but everything necessary was there. In the room was also hairdryer, safebox and minibar. Breakfast was very tasty with huge variety of products, Additionally in the lobby there was tea/coffee and small sweet snacks available all day. There was also storage for luggage if necessary. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Maybe the only minus I could personally find was that all the information was in swedish - in the hotel, in the lobby and even in the message from the hotel on booking, I know its the most popular destination among Swedish citizens but still as international tourist I wouldnt mind more information in English and no need to copy everything to Google Translate. The reception was open only till 16, but its out of season so I fully understand. We got the information how to enter the building etc. via booking (but again it was very long message in Swedish only). Otherwise all great ! Fully recommend!

Great location. Comfy bed. Good breakfast buffet with Gf options. Bedroom a little warm at times but windows did open.

Room wasn't ready at check in time with no apologies Reception was shut off at 8 so couldn't access the kettle for a hot drink so would have liked a kettle in the room.

It is very central! It was clean, and the room was nice.

For some reason they were always emptying the glass trash at 07:00 right outside the hotel. The breakfast was just okey. A bit hot in the room without the windows open
