I am grateful to the front desk staff for the extraordinary service I enjoyed at your hotel. You all went above and beyond to ensure I were comfortable and well cared for throughout my time with you. Thank you and keep up the good work!!

We enjoyed our stay. Free parking (undercover car park was being renovated), friendly staff, short walk to lake, restaurants, shops and the old town, elevator, convenient burger restaurant, check in process with a person on a computer screen at reception worked well, free lollies at reception, books can be borrowed from foyer, communal rooftop space that looks towards the lake, spacious room (we stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom and kitchenette), air conditioner in the bedroom was effective despite the warm weather, comfortable bed and couch, two bathroom basins and warm shower. The decor is a blend of old and new - not all to my taste. We didn't use the breakfast service. We found a laundromat about 3 km from the hotel which worked well (we had a car).

We (2 people) booked a King Suite with a separate bedroom, living room and kitchenette on Booking.com. We were initially sent to a standard room with a kitchenette. On returning to online reception, we were told the suite accommodates 3 people with the sofa bed and that for the 2 of us, a standard room with a kitchenette would suit. We were told the suite wasn't available. We explained that we paid for the suite (for work reasons, we needed a room with a desk and a door). Online reception called management, we were told that there was an error with Booking.com, and that the suite was now suddenly available. Make sure you get what you paid for! The kitchenette was not well equipped - 1 fork, no tea towel, dirty pan, no bowls, no dish brush - staff provided items when we asked for them.

The hotel is located at the edge of the city. It is about 20 minute walking distance to the city center. Parking is free. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. the hallways and lift are not air conditioned. Bathroom small, but well laid out and functional. The Portuguese lady at the front desk was very nice and a good tourist information center. Was also good at selling the wine they had on hand. the restaurant was closed. There is no sign on the front of the hotel to advise of its name so first pass by we did not stop and had to return looking for house numbers to insure we were at the right location.

In the morning we expected to find breakfast for which we had paid the night before. The breakfast/bar area was dark and closed. There was no one at the front desk, so we had toi talk to an AI on a TV screen next to the front desk We expect a refund for the breakfast which was not available but was prepaid. No email yet from the hotel as to where to expect the payment.

The room (bedroom + living + kitchenette) was spacious and comfortable. We had all amenities needed, except for a microwave (would’ve been handy). It was reasonably clean, with only some kalk spots left in the bathroom. The location was good. Just a short walk from the beautiful lake. However, the walk to Murten old town was longer than I anticipated. Check in and out were easy-going, even though it was made through a big screen and a remote employee. The cleaning lady that greeted us during check out was super friendly and lovely, and offered us complimentary coffee and biscuits.

A microwave would’ve been helpful. The hotel is situated in a small industrial area, which is not flattering as the other areas around. The lack of in-person staff for check in and out makes the experience a bit cold and awkward, even though it was unproblematic.

We were on the road and needed a place to stop for the night. We were very lucky to find this spot. I suspect we got a deal since we reserved an hour before showing up and quite late in the. The property is located near Murten, a very popular spot in Switzerland near Bern and along a lake. Very nice surrounding.

Since I pull a glider trailer behind me. I am always looking for big parking lots. This hotel did not have one. And we did not have the glider with us. So, it was still OK.

We had a late booking and glad they had rooms ready for our big group. Checked in process was virtual (which I find cool). We booked another night again the next day and requested for spare beds but they forgot to set it up on our arrival. But because their housekeeping is not available already, they gave us another room instead. The rooms are spacious. The area was quite and very near to there quaint little town.

Attentive staff, was upgraded to a more spacious comfortable room, lovely breakfast relaxed not rushed, very clean and a perfect location to my niece who lives in Murten. I have been to this hotel 2yrs ago and will definitely be returning for my 3rd visit.

TV didn't work for the whole duration of my stay. And my room wasn't cleaned on one occasion. Although that may have been an error on my part as I left do no disturbi hook on the door.

There was a nice view from the room to watch.

1.When we arrived and got our room card, the room wasn't ready yet and we had to wait a while. 2.There was only one toilet roll in the room. 3. I went out for dinner and when I returned the parking lot was full and I had to park somewhere else.

Excellent hotel in a great location walking distance from the town centre and very close to the lake. Modern facilities, unusually large for. European hotel, great price, free parking. Super friendly and helpful manager. Really great experience

Nice location, the rooms are recently renovated. Great variety of pillows. The breakfast is nice. Price/quality is what you expect.

At the breakfast cheese is individually packed, some of it has good to date outdated.
