An exceptional hotel with grand, old-world charm, extensive facilities and unbelievable views across the valley to the Alps. Breakfast was superb and dinner in the stunning, Belle Epoque restaurant was a memorable occasion. A special thanks to our waiter who managed to maintain absolute professional decorum whilst subtly joining in the spirit of our jovial banter over dinner.

Old -lady-style with a charm and vintage atmosphere. Room was very spacious and the view astonishingly scenic - the alps in their grandeur! Bathroom also spacious and good shower. Good breakfast with enough choices. Restaurant offered attentive service and good food, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Nothing to comment. Suggestion : cable tv would be welcome so anyone could sign in into their accounts… it’s slowly happening in several hotels.

Lovely location with fabulous views. Public rooms are much in keeping with the style of the hotel. Staff were super friendly!

It's not that we didn't like, but the bathrooms didn't match the overall styling of the hotel and the door frames could use a new coat of paint in our room. Having said that, the bathrooms were very well appointed with generous towels and amenities.

What a hidden gem! If you enter the hotel you can immediately feel the vibes of the "belle epoque", it is just impressive. The new owners, who took over a few years ago, started to renovate the restaurant, spa area and some rooms and they did a great job! The whole staff was very friendly and helpfull and I really mean everyone, from the cleaning lady to the receptionist to the staff at the restaurant and bar. When we couldn't leave our dog alone the prepared a beautiful table at the bar where we could take the dog with us. They even prepared a bowl with water. I can't wait to come back!

The rooms who are not yet renovated are functional but do not have a special spirit.

Great view. If the weather permits you can spot the lake of Geneva. Junior Suite was big with a living room, TV, and a lot of storage space etc. It had all you need. Intercontinental Buffet Breakfast was good and fresh. We did not check out the Spa, swimming pool, so cannot say anything about that.

It did not feel like a historical hotel as it promised to be... the renovations were partially too modern or too "fake".

Beautiful historic hotel, really charming, but not yet fully renovated. Dined in the restaurant, very satisfied.

Spa was disappointingly small

Love the old world chic, although it's in need of attention and lots of investment. This didn't stop this cool old hotel providing a magic and captivating stay.

The weather 😂 (early June)

Appreciated the early check-in as we arrived soaking wet after cycling in the pooring rain.

Outstanding views, from a hotel that has some caché. Awesome breakfast. & Staff were supporting.

Swimming pool was a bit too cold, and to be picky on details the diner area has not a really comfortable lightning.

Fantastic view, comfortable rooms and absolutely fabulous restaurant "Belle Epoque". We didn't expect such a refined cuisine, with a vast selection of food.
