Beautiful modern design hotel in the heart of Alps with very easy access to hiking, running and biking trails. The staff is very friendly and nice, rooms are very clean with nice view on the green, beds extremely comfortable, breakfast with many choices.

The served breakfast is taking too much time and leads to overeating, which is not helpful when you came to be early on the trails and lose weight. One waitress was talking loud to her friends late in the evening in front of the hotel and despite our request to move somewhere else, they did not and we continued to have sleeping problems. Lack of swimming pool or whirlpool.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We were in a Superior Room in the newest part of the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and a very calming place. We were on a halfboard package and the 3-course meals were simply amazing. Delicious flavour combinations using fresh produce. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and fluent in many languages including English. The large spa area was excellent. My favourite parts were the relaxation area with suspended swinging chairs and delicious herbal teas. Lovely mountain and forest views from the floor to ceiling windows in the sauna and the bedroom.

Dealbreaker bed has fixed wooden box at the end of the bed. Not comfortable if you are tall Lower Engadine snow season is shorter than Upper Engadine. Downhill and cross country tracks are less good

The food was amazing, I liked testing new dishes I hadn't tasted before. I enjoyed the wellness area and the amazing views. The interior made me feel comfortable and surrounded by a modern cozy design.

I needed more light for make-up and getting myself presentable!

The facilities were amazing, from staff to the rooms and access. This was a fantastic place to visit and stay at, and it will be visited again and again. I recommend this place for a few relaxing days.

Every thing. From check-in to departure. Not only the facility but the staff are so welcoming and supportive of all needs.

Overpriced. Breakfast buffet is not a good idea - it takes too much time in the morning if you rush for Postauto.

Wonderful and unpretentious hotel. Modern, light and spacious rooms. Staff was super helpful, friendly and generous. The meals were outstanding: creative and prepared with local ingredients. Very quiet location, but close to the village.

There is a conscious effort to avoid wasting ressources: e.g. no big breakfast buffet, but a menu with a choice of delicious regional and homemade products. I personally appreciate and support this approach, but clients used to 5-star oppulence might feel a bit restricted.

A wonderful boutique hotel in a great spot overlooking parts of the alps, great views, even from the sauna, excellent food and a staff that really makes you feel welcome and at home.
