This is a very nice and cozy hotel with spacious bedrooms that comfortably accommodated our family of four. The overall comfort of the stay was excellent. The location is highly convenient for a highway stopover on our journey from Italy to Belgium. The breakfast was varied and delicious, adding to the overall positive experience. While Switzerland is generally expensive, this hotel offered a more reasonable price compared to similar properties, making it a great value. Additionally, there are several restaurants nearby, which added to the convenience.

The check-in process took longer than expected as there was no one at the reception when we arrived. We called the number provided, but the mobile phone was left on the desk, so we had to wait around 15-20 minutes. We also would have liked to have dinner at the hotel, but the prices were extremely high. This may be due to the general costliness of Switzerland and the unfavorable currency exchange rate to the euro during our visit

Super clean and new rooms. Receptionist at the check in was super nice and helpful. Food is super tasty and great selection for breakfast.

Receptionist in the morning (not the nice one from previous night) was kind of rushing us out during our breakfast time although it was 20 minutes before the finishing breakfast time. We had a long journey previous day and wanted to rest well in the morning and have a relaxing breakfast before continuing our journey. During our breakfast the receptionist asked us if we were staying another day although it was more then an hour before the check out ending time. We were getting strict looks as if we did something wrong. We found it quite strange and unpleasant.

The room was huge and the bed was VERY comfortable and the bathroom was great and the shower powerful. We were in an accessible room and it was very spacious for me to get around with a drop down seat in the shower. All the natural wood is a really lovely touch and the bathroom smells like a sauna, beautiful! The A la Carte restaurant is DEFINITELY a must on your stay, the food and wines were gorgeous and we were personally hosted by Edith Weber (owner) and her husband Peter, is the Head chef and wished us Bon Appetite! when our dinner was served. Both really unassuming lovely people and the rest of the crew, from reception staff to waitresses were so helpful and friendly and genuinely made us feel welcome without it being in your face or excessive.... there is a lift from the carpark to the hotel reception and you can access the restaurant from reception level so no stairs if you're not as able bodied like me. It was the perfect place for a stopover on our journey to Italy but we'll definitely be back to explore the local area further. Nothing! It was ALL good. We happened to be there on Swiss national day (1st Aug) and everything is apparently closed but it didn't affect us as the hotel restaurant is SUPERB and was of course open but we also got a free multi fireworks display from all the local homes!!

Cleanliness, room size and decor, comfortable bed, staff friendliness, willingness, professionalism and responsiveness, facilities, breakfast.

Room Temperature was a bit warm so we had to leave the window open to get cool air during the night. That was a bit noisy so we needed earplugs.

Everything about this hotel was top notch: check-in, room (bedding, pillows, towels), service and restaurant (dinner and breakfast). Can’t believe it is only a 3 star hotel.

The staff were wonderful. The room was very comfortable with a really good mattress and pillows. I had two great meals in the restaurant and even met chef! (This review, although in my name, is on behalf of my husband, Rob).

The breakfast was varied and substantial. We had an evening meal as well which was well cooked and the service was excellent. Price of evening meal was quite high but food was good. We were upgraded with our room by the hotel at no cost to one of the comfort rooms which was sup.erb. This hotel is top of our list for an overnight stay when driving from UK to Italy

Really stylish. Ideally located. Wonderful staff. Easy parking restaurant is fantastic. The rooms are a nice size (we had a family room). Bathrooms are big and modern / very clean. Beds are extremely comfortable.

Fantastic hotel. Very well appointed in every way, with a great breakfast. Staff were amazing. I saw that it also caters to business meetings and I can see that this would work very well.

The hotel is so stylish, very welcoming and really comfortable. everything is up to detail. The staff is wonderful and there are free amenities. On top, you can have dinner at the place and the terrace in summer is just awesome. Nice located, really peaceful and so clean. Would repeat!!
