Location was perfect, because it was very close to the chocolate factory. Also it is located in very beautiful lakeside, where you can walk past and a easy hiking track up in the hill. We had dinner, which was very fine dining, breakfast perfect. Althought we went to eat in the last hour, we hoped for some boiled eggs. Service was good, young man was doing his job very good, young girl at breakfast time did not spoke english. We found free parking space next to the hotel for one of our cars. Loved the hotel environment and design with wooden furniture.

It took time and more money paying at the parking machine as it should be. I would be happier with cleaner rooms and without spider webs and dust in some places.

We had a great time spending a lovely evening and a night there. The building is in traditionally old fashioned way furnished, but felt very cozy. The room was clean, with a very comfy large bed, and a Restaurant has a nice view form the Terasse and a charmy ambient inside. Nice and easy going hotel crew. Great Wine & Aperol and they have a really good coffee machine additional to the breakfast.

Breakfast could be richer , maybe some scrambled eggs or baked bacon, sausage, gruyere cheese would be cool. It was unfortunately a bit too hot in our rooms, and the pillows were too soft for us. But nothing tragical.

The staff on duty was friendly and our room seemed updated.

Hotel seems understaffed, room service was only applid on request. Water spout on the bathroom sink was just like a drizzle

The dinner and breakfast were delicious. We enjoyed the quiet and traditional atmosphere. The location was excellent in a beautiful town.

Beautiful hotel with great location right next to the lake. Breakfast was great too.

The walls were very thin, I could hear noise from the corridor outside and footsteps from the room above me.

The staff is super friendly, always willing to help, my room was great with a lake room and it was available earlier. I like your restaurant too! This hotel has its own atmospere, I feel there like home.

more shampoo could be provided or simply you can keep shampoo & shower gel attached to the wall in the shower or provide small bottles of it - it would give more comfort to guests.

They where late for breakfast. Breakfast supposed to be at 7 but eventually it started at 7:20

Little window didn’t have a curtain, artificial light to fall asleep
