We loved staying here and wish we had booked additional nights. We initially treated it as an overnight on our way to Italy and thoroughly regretted not staying longer. We had a family room with ample space and loft beds for the kids. The room was immaculate. The view from the hotel is stunning, it is situated in a very quiet part off the road, and you do not hear any traffic noises. The staff stayed late to wait for our arrival and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend the hotel for the price and excellent quality. Lots of hiking opportunities around as well with stunning views of the lake and mountains.

The views from our room, outdoor bar/dinning area breathtaking. Rooms are basic, but very clean, bed standard double and very comfortable. Bathroom had everything you needed for your stay and the shower was probably the best we've ever had.

Room was small, the bed was close to the wall making it very difficult to walk down one side. Staff were very helpful, however we did order a late lunchtime snack but not told it was the kitchen staff's break time and we would have to wait over an hour for food to arrive.

Booked a one night room for a bike trip. Beautiful location above the lake, calm area, reception was very careful. Room was at the last and third floor, and was ok, bathrooms are shared but for one night this is fine. Left my bike in a small room at the reception. You can eat at the restaurant's buffet, or there is also a little grocery store at less than 1km with almost everything you need. The breakfast was amazing, with bread and brioches baked in the kitchen. Finally, was a great stay, not cheap or too expensive but that's Switzerland.

Room at the last floor was a bit warm, and shared bathroom but I knew it before booking so I wouldn't complain

The Hotels place is magnifique, it is situated in between mountains and lakes. I couldn't say anything about the view because it was breathtaking. Breakfast is super 👌. The staff were very accommodating, they even let us change the date of our stay because we had some problem. It was a place to relax. We had a great stay!

The bed matress is not comfortable, i feel that the head part of the bed is lower than the other part... There's not so many choices at the restaurants dinner buffet(carrot soup, they have good choices for the salad, 2 main course, 2 kind of veggies, rice,pasta and a marble cake for dessert). They don't even have the price list of what they are selling like for the boisson, etc.

Clean renovated room with mountain view. Because we got a corner room, wind could go through the room and it was very nice. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us the furthest room on the top floor. It was quiet. No tv in the room but we didn't need one. Table with two chairs were very nice. Breakfast had many kinds of items like museli, juices, yogurt, dried fruits, mixed or sliced fruit, breads, jams, lunch meat, cheese. Coffee machines was nice as some other hotels give you only one cup of coffee. There are many hiking trails nearby but study where it's going first. We went down to the lake on steep hill and it was not a loop! We walked 3 hours and had to take a bus from another town! But it was a fantastic stay.

You get towels but in the shared bathroom, no soap nor shampoo. You have to bring ones. But this may be the case often in Switzerland. Shower curtain was small for the size of bathtub and had to be careful not to splash. Dinner offered at the restaurant was buffet only for CHF39 and many dishes were Asian dishes. We wanted Swiss food. People stay near the entrance and smoked. This is everywhere in Switzerland. I hope it changes. It really stinks and smell goes into your room if room is above entrance. No point of non smoking room.its a bit far from main highway. You get off one and have to go on narrow winding mountain roads. Not many other restaurants around it. Many of them was closed.

The hotel is so clean and so beautiful from the inside. The location is amazing. We enjoyed the lake view so much! You can see the entire Walensee from there. Also it‘s just 2 min away from Krenzerberg which it was so practical for us. I asked if they can make the room a bit romantic as it was my bf birthday and they made it really beautiful. The receptionist is really friendly and sweet. She helped me when i had Fever. I totally recommend this hotel.

Location. Quiet nice and calm. Both breakfast and dinner were good. Staff from restaurant were polite and caring. Reception staff were so helping in terms of giving guidance on our itinerary. Restaurant cook made tasty chicken delights we enjoyed a lot.Special thanks Special thanks to Restaurant staff at night. Bath Towels weren’t changed every day. Rooms are quite narrow as we were in room with quadruple bed

From the hotel level, the lake is barely seen but still a very tranquil place to be.

Beautiful hotel with incredible views of the lake! Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Large room with comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast buffet but get there early to have all of the options available. Lovely patio available with chairs to enjoy the views!

There isn’t much within walking distance so I’d recommend having a car or dining on site. Be sure to book dinner in advance as reservations are usually required.

Lovely panorama view and nice location close to the Walensee. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wonderful panorama terrace!

Oddly, housekeeping did come into our room and changed towels, replaced water, but didn’t make our bed (?). Not the end of the world, but we found this rather strange. Perhaps a mistake!
