We stayed here while skiing Flumserberg. It was a great location if you have a car. If you come by train or bus, I think it would be good, as the bus stop is not too far away and it's only one stop for the Luftseilbahn Unterterzen Flumserberg AG (Gondola). Parking at the Gondola was easy. The hotel provided a nice European style breakfast. They'll cook your egg fresh, whatever style you want. Parking is provided. Very good showers.

The beds are ok. 7/10. It's two singles put together, so if you like to cuddle, it's a bit of an issue with the dip in the middle. The bathroom and shower were excellent.

Missing vending machine, in room water boiler for tea or coffee machine (how about a nespresso?), need brighter entrance or more responsive sensor... it's quite urgent for late or night check in (someone with no experience with SMART hotel might feel confused)

The place is great, it's clean, comfy and with attention to detail. I recommend it.

For some reason there was some really loud thumping around 8pm, throughout the place, during our stay. We're still wondering what it might have been, since it went on for a while.

It was the first time, a hotel I booked with the range of price below 200 CHF in Switzerland which provided Netflix. and the room was so clean

I came at night and they said the hotel was self check in, When I arrived it was so dark, I was questioning where was the entrance. my suggestion is its better to provide active lighting in front of the entrance

The location was stunning . The place is emaculate and cleaners do a fantastic job of tending to the rooms . On top we upgraded rooms on the last night and cleaners made sure we could enter the room without much delay . Customer Service absolutely up the with hotels with more stars . 🌟 As this is a smart hotel without desk or staff interaction the cleaners seemed to take it on thems selfs to be polite and welcoming on each passing . They are a credit to the hotel.

Didn't like the fact there was a lack of places to eat . Hotel restaurant was closed as was cafe. Had to grab supplies a few days from local Spar to sustain us. Also had to travel to neighbouring towns to find selection of eateries.

Very clean and modern room and facility in a great location/cool little town just off the lake. Everything is automatic, including the doors.

There are not many eating options during the time I stayed, which isn’t the property’s fault, but something to be aware of. There is a market though.

Spacious modern room. Comfy bed with electric positioning system. Big screen TV. Perfectly located nearby the beautiful lake. Big spacy free parking.

Terrasse is not accessible as the restaurant is closed. Shared bathroom is the one for the whole floor which is not enough for around 10 rooms. Most of the rooms have a view to roads - noisy and you can't sleep with your windows opened and AC is not available. Room code is to be entered for each entry into the room.

It was a large room and was very clean.

The check in and front door was confusing. They also lost my payment receipt, so we had a difficult time getting access to the building.
