Beautiful hotel, in the center of Vanduz. The rooms were very clean and well equipped, everything seemed to be new.

There is a construction area right in front of the hotel and it was confusing to find the hotel especially for us as we arrived late at night and the lighting of Vanduz is less than adequate. The hotel should had informed us about this inconvenience and the safe way to approach the hotel amenities. An email sent a few hours ago would get us out of all the trouble. Moreover there was a cyber fraud for all the guest data of the hotel and I was sent an email from someone who claimed to be the manager of the hotel about problems with my paying credit card. I would expect from a premium hotel like this to have a decent electronic anti theft program. Many guest data were stolen from the hotel system and I am pretty sure there will be guests who would have lost money over this fraud.

Fantastic clean, comfortable room overlooking the Main Street. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with staff on hand to help with any questions. Felt very safe as a Solo traveller, keycard entry only to your floor. Easy access with lift to all the floors.

I personally don’t like self checkin. Having said that ,the process was easy and simple when you followed the instructions given to you prior via email. I could see that this maybe a bit harder for other people. I would prefer a kettle and tea/coffee making facility in my own room. It is available in the breakfast room for a fee but I’d rather not be going up and down to my room at all hours with a hot drink. Not a criticism just my preference.

It is self checkin using terminal which I had no issues with. Doors to each floor is accessed via key card so only residents can access. The coffee machine is free in breakfast area and there is also a small selection of drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) available to purchase using honesty policy. Location is basically in the city centre. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was continental and was good.

Nothing. Please note that there is probably no staff after 15:00 though there is a contact number - I never used since I didn't encounter any issues. As of May 2025, the checkin terminal has German or English so you may want to contact hotel about checkin if another language is preferred.

The location is more than perfect; The view from the terrace was of the Vaduz castle and the main street. The room is large and clean. The TV had many channels in different European language; The breakfast was perfect

Electric kettle is missing in the room; What worries me is that there is no reception, no one to talk to about the conditions. The wi-fi password is only displayed on the TV screen in the room, but I needed the internet when I checked in. Outside the EU, I had no roaming. When there is no one at the reception, what happens if I leave the room and forget my card inside? I did not see any staff anywhere on the day I arrived.

Location. Size of room. Balcony & Views. Shower. Large bright bathroom. Comfortable and large bed. Lots of clothing storage. Fast and good coverage of wifi. Breakfast was included. Good response time for customer service via booking messenger.

No staff/front desk. Self service computer for checking in. Language translation wasn't working for all the sections. Not easy to use or type on the touch screen. No option to contact staff for assistance or an issue during the check in process. (I did mention customer service was great and prompt via the booking message option though) Somewhat higher on the expensive side price wise, so it would have been nice to see welcome staff at reception to assist and get you checked in. But the location couldn't be beat.

Breakfast was buffet style but was pretty good; fresh juices, fresh fruit, eggs and breakfast sausages cooked perfectly, variety of breads that were NOT stale but fresh, coffee was good. Staff was nice. Room was clean and bathroom was nice especially with heated floors. Location was perfect. Available parking was a huge plus.

The bed mattress foundation had the wooden lattice or leafs, they kept falling out causing the mattress to fall in. These beds should have a reinforced bar(s) or truce(s) to keep the two long sides together. Twice I had to put this system back, 5 to 7 pieces, together. On one instance I was getting out of bed and the mattress collapsed. The other time was when I went to roll over. Not the fault of the hotel, but the enginuity of said bed. These can be remedied quite easily

Very spacious room, beds were comfortable, room and hotel was very clean and free parking facilities. Hotel is right in the centre of the town.

I didn't have nay issue with the hotel/room. The only thing I could say that I didn't like was the contactless check in, after a 6 hour drive and arriving quite late a night it would've been easier/nice to have someone on a reception to give you your room keys instead of doing it yourself. As I said this really isn't anything major.

The self-check-in is very convenient like the hotel location which is amazing, right in the city center of Vaduz. The place was very clean, comfortable and modern. I loved all the information we had available like brochures and maps of the city. The internet was excellent too. And thank you for the free apple at the main lobby!

Just a bit more expensive than what we were expecting but the truth is that the excellent breakfast truly compensates that. Also, please notice that the process of self check-in in English had an entire list of questions to complete written in German (well, it looked like German but they were words with typos, probably a flaw in the program) that we skipped and it worked in the end., but we were scared not to be able to actually check in!

The room and the bathroom were very big and spacious. Big comfortable bed. The window view was towards the main square and the castle on the hill. The location is just near the town hall. No issues with any facilities, nor during check-in - the machine worked perfectly, I just entered my name and ID, selected the number of keys I needed, payed with my credit card and it issues my room card. There was a family before me, thou, which struggled with the machine check-in getting some mandatory field which no one could understand what they were, and there was no staff to help. The breakfast was diverse. They also have a small wellness in the basement which you can use for free - it only has one sauna and some lounge beds but you can drink tea and eelax in the nice atmosphere. There are lockers to leave your luggage after check-out (you need 1 CHF or 1 EUR which you get back once you collect your luggage).

Right in the centre of Vaduz with views of the castle. Our room was a good size & we liked the bathrobes & comfy bed. The bathroom was nice. Breakfast was good - we're vegetarian & there were still options for us including cereal, yoghurts, fruit, eggs and bread. Free car parking is appreciated.

The room was hot & we couldn't turn the heating down. We had the window open but couldn't have it open all night due to noise/smells from people smoking nearby. The card machine in the self check-in area was broken. Luckily a member of staff was around who lent us her mobile phone to call the company. They checked us in over the phone but it took a while & it inconvenienced the staff member who had to wait around 10 minutes for her phone back.
