Service level that can only be achieved if all employees really want to give guests a great experience. Especially the guy behind the counter was great. I had to change rooms on the first nights because there was some noice that sounded like a TV antenna or something. He was very pragmatic, empathic, and communicatively strong. Het told me that good service was a serious ambition of him and his team. Also I though it was cool he was a competitive COD player in his free time. Also the other guy behind the counter who helped me on the first night was very helpful as well. Shout out to the people in the restaurant too. We had a dog with us. They were always so kind to him. Also, they helped us store his food in the fridge and freezer and were so kind even though we would ask them for the food twice a day every day. Location was also very good, you can walk to this great pond near the gondola. Perfect for a swim and hanging out in the sun while enjoying the views. Spa was also nice.

Had to change rooms because a zooming noice in my room. Was unhappy about this but I cant complain because the staff solved it really wel. Ended up in the Junior Suite as a replacement room.

Very nice staff and breakfast lady, she was on top of everything, making sure everything was working and that nothing was missing. The breakfast was full of local produce: Homemade cakes, brioche, jams and lots lots of cheeses (there were at least 8 wheels). The rooms are really nice, modern and with great views! The Spa is great.

Paid parking: I had to pay 8 CHF for street parking. For such a small town, this is kinda weird. Also, once you get into the hotel, is like maze, has lots of stairs. This made it a bit difficult for us with our luggage.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room, wonderful view from the balcony. Very clean, nice staff and very good breakfast. It's worth mentioning that they are serving mainly local products which I highly appreciate. The cheese bar is amazing for those who love good quality Swiss cheese. Every day one can taste from a variety of 6-7 different locally produced cheese. The pool is also very nice, clean, nicely heated. We will definitely go back.

Nothing to complain about. Perhaps more sunbeds in the pool area would be better.

Excellent quality of breakfast, great sauna-whirlpool area. Amazing views. Everyone is super friendly. Loved it! It's not our first time here and not the last.

Great hotel. Most staff were wonderful. Facilities were incredible. Electric bikes were brilliant. Restaurants lovely. Spa gorgeous. Breakfast delicious.

Bar closed on Sunday and Monday night. This meant that we couldn't use the pool table.....felt a little sad as we booked the hotel so that our teenager could play pool/darts in the evening. We didn't need a drink but would have liked to use the facilities (we were happy to pay). No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We missed this!

The room was very nice with a gorgeous view and a nice balcony. You can even admire the panorama while taking a shower. The breakfast buffet offers a nice selection of local food, and you can order additional items (eggs, etc.). The pool has a lot of features that you can discover. However, it feels crowded with five people.

The service is very slow, both at the breakfast buffet and in the restaurant. As the room with the panorama faces the road, it may be a bit noisy at times.

Good standard hotel well positioned on top of the pass at Wildhaus, great centre to explore the Toggenburg area. We had a standard double room at the back of the hotel, it was quiet and comfortable but there may be some traffic noise at the front. The room was comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is extremely good, with a wonderful selection of local cheeses and cold meats, muesli and fresh bread. A variety of hot breakast dishes are available to order. We ate at two of the holel’s restaurants, the Thai and Classic, the food was delicious in both. There is also a wellness area and pool which we didn’t use. Parking is easy across the road from the hotel, with a charge of CHF 8 per night. There’s also a very good bus service with stops near the hotel.

Room was newly refurbished, stylish. Beds were comfortable and bathroom nicely designed. Bedroom and bathroom exceptionally clean. The SPA area is great, with a heated pool, water jets and sauna. In-hotel restaurants are pricey, but the food was excellent. Breakfast was included and the spread ranges from cereals and fresh fruit / yoghurt to cold meats, a huge cheese selection, and eggs made to order. The hotel location and views are superb.

There is nothing that I did not like.

Good location, central, very close to the bus stop. The restaurant was nice, the dinner tasty, service good. Breakfast was also tasty, amazing selection of local cheese. It was summer, so I really appreciated, that all the fresh fruit and meat was covered and protected from insects, if there were any. The room was quite spacious, the bathroom and room git quite nice face-lift. The view from balcony was amazing, facing the Toggenburg valley.

The balcony could use some face-lift too.

"Peaceful rooms, impeccably clean. We stayed in a recently renovated room with courteous staff and enjoyed a fantastic breakfast. The indoor swimming pool was a nice touch, although I would have preferred the water a tad warmer. There's also a small playground for babies. However, the elevator lacks a protective door during operation, and the beds are not the longest; they might be too short for individuals over 1.90m. Additionally, there are no blinds on the large windows, only curtains, and no refrigerator in the room. Access to skiing requires a car or bus. Overall, everything was satisfactory, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone."
