Have you ever stayed somewhere so great that you didn't want to leave? That was this little apartment for me! It was bigger than my flat in London, with a kitchen/living area and a separated bedroom, which was perfect for when my husband wanted to stay up late watching TV, but I wanted to go to bed. We had everything we needed - a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, and the free self-serve laundry facilities were just on the other side of the wall from our particular apartment. Both the bed and pull-out sofa bed were so incredibly comfy; I got such amazing sleep! The staff included a very efficient fan to fight the August heat, but because this was the basement apartment, it stayed pretty cool most of the time. So don't worry that there isn't A/C - we were super comfortable without it. The bathroom was huge and one of the best showers I have ever had anywhere! The two TVs were great, easy to use, and excellent for a night in when it was raining. We didn't need parking, but it's there if you need it, and the location is only a 5-minute walk from the Old Town Square, where you'll find the funicular, lots of shoppes, the Abbey Library, and the bus stops. The staff was also so responsive and helpful any time that I contacted them. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

The people staying above us were a bit loud with their frequent stomping, but that's typical of any lower floor apartment. A sound machine was all I needed any time it happened, and it clearly didn't impede the enjoyment of my stay.

Location was great although at the top of a slight hill. After a full days walking and exploring we didn’t look forward to this. The kitchen area had everything we needed and more and the bathroom has a nice powerful shower.

No door to the bedroom which meant when using the sofa bed you were all on one room and disturbing each other in the night for the bathroom etc. If we were staying longer than 2 nights this would have been a bigger problem but coped for a couple of nights. Had trouble getting into the property initially but one phone call to the owner and it was soon resolved.

Perfectly located around 10 minutes walk from the beautiful cathedral, and surrounding restaurants and shops. The property was furnished to a high standard. The apartment was warm, clean and the kitchen area well stocked with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Bathroom was clean, with a good shower. Little outside noise meant an undisturbed sleep was achieved! Good wifi and netflix available. Apartment felt secure with key codes for both outer and apartment doors.

Nespresso machine wouldn't work - we think it needed descaling :( Apartment on second floor and no lift - was fine for us, but may be a challenge for some, especially with heavy luggage.

The place is absolutely stunning. It feels like a home from home and every little convenience has been considered, from the layout of the apartment to the decor and well stocked kitchen. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in St Gallen.

Absolutely nothing, it was great.

Feels like home! A little tight for 3 but overall quite nice, washroom was large, kitchen was usable as we found oil, salt and vinegar on the table. Easy to find although there might be a steep slope. Would recommend.

We couldn't find where the heat might come in from and found the temperature slightly too low for us after sunset (as we are from south asia) but it was ok... bed was warm.

Modern apartment, very well equipped, helpful staff, We enjoyed the two large tables for eating in and for working from home.

We were not given the rooftop apartment shown in the pictures, but an equivalent one on the ground floor. I turned my head frequently when people walked by. We were not given the correct access code to the apartment itself and had to ask for the correct code for the backdoor entrance as well. All questions were promptly answered by the professional staff, though, so these were only minor inconveniences.

did anticipate the bedrooms being separate, was staying with a friend so was anticipating separate spaces for sleeping not adjoining. could do with blind or privacy film on window in bathroom. as onlooked from street.

Very nice stay in this very modern appartement ! It is brand new and has all the necessary tools to cook.

Small mistake for our arrival, our appartment was given to another family. Hopefully the staff was able to solve the situation in one hour.

Good apartment . Clean and close to main attractions

Nothung really . Only one washing machine. Other people had left their washing in the machine all day for hours. I had to remove their things. Maybe have two machines for thst many rooms.

Very nice property, in an all-airbnb building. The apartment was very clean and very nicely decorated. Everything was new and spotless.

Nothing regarding the apartment. The location while central, was high up on the hill so there was a little bit of a walk
