The place was nice and clean. There was a kitchenette which was helpful. Fairly spacious. Once we opened both suitcases it was a little tight. But it was quiet and perfect for us. Check in and out was easy and the staff was so fast and nice about responding to questions through the app.

It was a 12 walk from the train station which felt a little far. No a/c.

Everything was amazing. The apartment is very clean , comfortable, and historical part of the city is just walking distance . There is fully equipped kitchen , which is really good , if you are traveling with kids . Definitely next time will choose the same apartment

Fairly close to train station and restaurants on foot. The apartment is well laid out, well equipped kitchen, perfect for 3 pax. Quiet neighborhood except for early garbage pickup on the day we left (luckily!).

Lacked towel racks and hooks in bathroom. Stairs from street to building was inconvenient as we had a heavy suitcase. Not convenient for elderly folks and persons with disabilities.

Perfect for short stays, easy walk to town. Close to stores, shopping and sights. Steep climb and stairs to actual building, but once accessed there is an elevator inside. Lockbox with keys, easy checkin. It is a studio w/kitchen...small but well functioning space. Clean. Comfy bed. Plenty of towels. Room blinds to block light. Washer & dryer access is a bonus. Wifi strong. Quick communication with staff to resolve issues: not truly air conditioned/fan was brought, laundry card did not work/another was made available. We were also able to dropoff luggage early while apartment was being cleaned.

Our stay was lovely. The only negative thing is it is impossible to shower and not end up with a pretty wet floor.

Excellent location right next to the downtown, brand new building with full TV service - we were able to use Amazon prime and Netflix. Important to note this is an apartment building not a hotel so there is no front desk. Room size is a bit on the small size unless you book the top floor suite. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher Nespresso machine and microwave. Note: for people with limited mobility you do have to climb 1 set of stairs to reach the front entrance and if you book the suite you need to go up another set of stairs. There is street level access via the basement but need to get in the building 1st.

Only 2 parking spots for the whole building and public parking is crazy expensive, around 60€ a night. You do have to climb some stairs to access the building and there is no staff to check you in. As well you may have to walk a bit to reach the hotel.

Relatively convenient location once you’ve figured out how walkable the town is. Discreet apartment entrance so got to follow provided instructions. The beddings and pillows were excellent. The sofa bed was great and firm. We had great sleep for 2 nights. Unfortunately it is quite hard to keep the sofa bed once it is set up. We tried to make it into a sofa but the mechanism was not easy to handle. So we used the bed as sofa and the third person had to be fine with it. Well functioning kitchen and kitchenware. Laundry room is separate in the building ground floor. Bring the laundry card down to activate the machine (no instructions given, but we figured it out).

It is hard to find at first. Especially on arrival when you’re dragging all manner of luggage (stairs from street to the block). Thankfully lift to apartment unit. But you will easily locate the street as it is very near to Einstein Hotel. Entry area and kitchen is a tight squeeze. Any cooking is done with frequent bumping into the 4 seater dining table directly behind you. It is really more suitable for 2 adults. And a third person who doesn’t need or take up much space. We came with a kid so it was fine.

Perfect location for St Gallen old town - the Abbey and many shops and restaurants were within a few minutes walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable, secure and reasonably well-equipped for a small apartment.

The parking was a bit confusing and the space quite tight, but this wouldn’t be a problem for those arriving by train/bus. No air-conditioning so a little warm in August, but we knew that when we booked. The recessed wall sockets meant that none of our travel adaptors worked! Worth bearing in mind for anyone from the UK.

Modern, compact, washer and dryer available in the laundry room with laundry soap pellets provided, elevator, k-cup coffee machine, nice sized frig, superb support staff that answered every question promptly and clearly, right in the heart of old town. There is a tower fan that helps ventilate the small apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is well designed.

You have to walk up one flight of stairs outside to get to the floor with the key boxes. That’s a little hard for older folks.

Apartment with Nespresso machine, stove and oven, dishwasher and washing machine with detergent in the place.

Would have liked to have more coffee bullets in room as we were there for 4 nights so each having coffee in morning still we were short So we bought our own as there was no staff on hand to ask and the check out we were not sure what to do but put the key back in the box as we checked in but it was a guess. Another fan would have been nice too Otherwise perfect stay.

Description is off - I received an invoice for parking, but had no car, stated there was laundry soap, but there was none (we purchased some and left the rest), stated there was a stocked bar and wine cooler, there was neither (we purchased our own, but odd they say they will charge when you use it).
