Our family of four had a great stay in this apartment. The beds were very comfortable and clean, the bathroom and kitchen facilities were exactly what we needed and it was also close to public transport and walking distance to supermarket. Importantly the shower was hot with good pressure. Perfect.

Great property, although we didn’t realise we were going to be on the top floor, there were lots of stairs. It was ok for us but some people may not manage the stairs easily. The bathroom was a bit low for my tall sons( 185cm) but the shower recess was tall enough.

EH Apartments Saturn: Very clean. Rooms, bedding, towels ,everything. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, glasses etc. Coffee and machine provided. Bring your own to put in wine fridge. Water pressure and heat, good. (bring your own wash cloth) Outside sitting area, a nice addition. Kiddy park across the street. Tiny, charming, shaded. Quiet for a city. All four of us slept really well. We wanna know where to get those beds. Parking was reasonably priced and right there. (Remember to reserve) Buses = "5" minute walk . They come every 3-5 minutes. Only 3 stops to the City Center /MarktplatzBohl. (1/2 walking time) 20 minute walk to the city center. Pleasant walk. We bought from a machine at the bus stop, 24+ hour passes. Cost for all 4 passes=24chf. «Street Workout Park» One bus stop away plus 2 min. walk = workout space + basketball courts and indoor pool next door. «On the Trail of Racism» city tour. The guide Mr. Hans Fassler's love of history and St. Gallen was contagious. Even our teens were attentive on this “twist on the usual” tour. ([email protected]) «St. Gallen Abbey Library» It is a feast for the eyes. Raiffeisn bank card gets you a discount. «Yak Momo Restaurant» We loved the fried shrimp momos (Tibetan dumplings) and the noodles were very good too. EH Apartments Saturn's service was professional, helpful and prompt; and yet, friendly and relaxed. One of the best stays ever. Thanks so much!

All of this is being picky. 1) Have pillows and bedding for people with allergies. No feathers. 2) Maybe another cup. We took turns having coffee. 3) Screen on bathroom window. We hesitated to open wide while showering at night. Mosquitoes love light and moisture.

Super cute "under the eaves" apartment, kitchen and living room were great hangout spots. Beds were very comfortable and check in was super easy.

The bathroom dimensions were less than ideal for people who are taller than 5'4". It is a very sloped ceiling. The bathroom had many small broken handles and things - so it needs a bit of attention and fixes.

I liked the flexibility of check-in and check out. Very nice and quiet surroundings, a bit out of the center though. I liked the well equiped kitchen, to have everything to make simple dishes in the evening. Perfect for a longer stay.

I think some other guest has probably smoked in the room, so every time I closed the windows you could a bit smell it.

Staff was ultra quick in responding. Apartment was large and stocked well for our family and beds were our only full king beds, and we stayed in 9 different places over the course of our trip (all others were twins pushed together).

4 flights of stairs and no elevator (so not ideal for some folks), the tub was SUPER slippery, the ceiling in the bathroom is VERY low, so tall folks be careful :). Also, we paid for parking, but our spot was too small to park in. Thankfully, our contact answered extremely quickly and got us another spot to park in.

The kitchenette was a bit too small, I wish we had slightly bigger. The sink in a bathroom was getting blocked from time to time

EH Saturn is located in a very quiet area near St. Gallen's Hospital complex, which makes for very quiet and relaxed walks at night. On foot, it takes only 10-15 minutes to hit the city center where the shops and restaurants are plentiful, while supermarkets are even closer by. We found both the room and location to be very relaxing.

personally, a minor inconvenience was the presence of a large family with children (next door and upstairs) that didn't get the memo of the quiet time after 10pm, that made it a relative short last night for us.

Beautiful place. Close to shopping and bus stations. Very clean and bright. We The coffee maker didn’t work.It was immediately replaced. We were very impressed. Very helpful people you can reach by text or phone

We stayed on the top floor. If you are older be advised that there is no elevator.

The apartment is clean, large and had everything we needed. Easy walk to old town.

The apartment has no elevator or AC. We were on the top floor and it was VERY warm at night. They need many more fans in the summer months.

The properly is very new, conveniently located and it was exceptionally clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay there.

We had reserved a parking space but somebody else had parked there. We had to wait with our car for some time until we made calls to property management (as no staff is directly present to help out) and the issue was solved. This was only a small thing and wasn’t frustrating as such but maybe the property management can think of how to avoid such issues
