Room was very comfortable, all amenities were great. Clean room and comfy bed. WiFi was great signal. The location is excellent, the hotel is well served by all local buses into the city. It’s about 15 mins by bus to the city centre.

When the window is open (and it was hot weather during our stay) it was quite loud from the cars on the road outside. May only be a problem if you’re a light sleeper.

Clean property with a warm welcome. Normally I stop in the city center but the Euro Football competition forced me a little further out but I was delighted by the Eastside and especially the staff.

Being a little further out required either the use of the bus or a taxi but the room, dinner and a beer were nearly half the price i normally pay.

Good Location, free parking, booked on the day of arrival, two rooms next to each other for our family of 4, with two young kids, very nice staff at the hotel and at the restaurant. Very clean! Perfect place for our single night on the road for our holidays.

As a family with a young child and a baby we appreciate when the rooms are connected with a connecting door and when there is a Boiler in the room for baby bottles. These were missing but as we booked on the same day we were not so demanding.

Hotel is spacious Bathroom is large and the shower had great pressure. Staff were very friendly Free parking is a big plus Although it's out of town having a free bus pass was great

The only downer for us was the choice of pillows, which were too soft and floppy, but I accept that is a personal preference

We arrived on a Sunday, and there was no reception staff in the building after 3 p.m. But we were notified in advance, and our keycards were available in a lockbox on the outside of the building. The hotel includes free underground parking. Room was very spacious and clean. Free coffee and water we available in the corridor of our floor.

Although slightly out of the center of San Gallon, location is perfect for easy access to town and outside. They provide free bus passes, and free parking under the building which is very convenient. The service was excellent, breakfast very good, very clean, highly recommended..

It has a good size room, modern facilities, and free parking garage. Checking in to the hotel is easy. We do it by ourselves. Breakfast is good as well.

It’s next to busy street and the noise is loud. Breakfast is from 6:30-9 on work day. We are on vacation and didn’t want to get up that early. We arrived on Sunday. TV didn’t work and no one responded even though they knew about it. It’s not worth our time since it has no channel that they advertise on pamphlet.

Let’s start from the day I booked and reached out to the receptionists, they have been more than helpful and super friendly (something you don’t get to experience very often in other hotels). On my day of arrival (I had a very late check-in), everything worked and was prepared for pick-up (key in key box with code). The room and the bathroom were bigger than expected. Very clean and comfortable bed. I had a room on the street side. It wasn’t too noise, but for a summer day I would recommend you to book a room on the other side. Breakfast was very delicious, a variety of everything (bread, jam, cheese, ham, cornflakes, oat-meal, Jogurt, fruits, fresh juice,…) and not to forget a fresh brewed coffee. Since I had to work on Monday, I was able to take my breakfast upstairs. I had the pleasure to meet the receptionists in-person, each of them have been kind, warm and friendly. Not to forget always a smile on their face. Overall it’s a great hotel with amazing service that you get for a decent price.

Location was good with transport links allowing swift entry into the city. The staff were very friendly and were very helpful when recommending places to visit
