Elio is such an amazing guy and very helpful!

I wouldn't say I didn't liked anything, it is a cute Swiss architecture building in a Swiss neighbourhood, it's designed traditionally!

My room was upgraded to a room with Schauer . I liked the staff they help me whatever I needed help with. And I love the restaurant in the house.

Great host and very convenient for the train and the lake.

It was a little noisy from the traffic and there was no air con but there was a fan which helped.

The Italian owner was very helpful and his restaurant was good. the room was clean. no breakfast was available but the bakery next door was open from 5 and had tables to sit at so this was not a problem.

The room was very small and furnished with odds and sods. You could hear every noise from the next room. we had a very low ceiling which looked as it was covered in polystyrene tiles (a fire risk).

Needs new pillows!

Room noisy from adjacent street and windows not double-glazed. Doors only 190 cm high: no good for a tall person
