Excellent overnight stay in Arbon. This hotel is not near the center but if you are driving it doesn't matter. We had a warm greeting and found our rooms clean, comfortable, and had all necessary amenities. We opted to eat dinner at the hotel and found it was excellent, and we could even sit outside. The breakfast was also very good. There is some construction near the hotel to be aware of. Special thanks to Lena for being so hospitable.

A hidden gem. Helpful and pleasant staff. Good quality food with much locally sourced and homemade. Sadly the hotel is now surrounded by apartment blocks so hidden away in a residential area. Well known and frequented by business travellers and deserves to be more widely known.

Quiet location, great staff, good food. They have cooked breakfast that can be ordered at the table (included in standard breakfast price). Considering this is not a 5*, i really liked that they have this option. Outdoor parking is free. Room 007 was our hidden gem :)

This location was ideal for our needs. However, it may not be for everyone if you are looking for city night life.

Customer satisfaction is very important here. You will feel welcomed. Very friendly staff. You can reserve bikes and visit the surroundings. It was wonderful. The restaurant cooks very good. Breakfast with scrambled eggs if you like.

that it was right on the cycle trail. the room was a very good size.

when I booked the room I picked said it was with a balcony. when I checked in I was given a ground floor garden room. when I asked about the balcony they said on the German website the description says balcony or ground floor but on the English website it says balcony. they were full so I had the garden room. it was fine but there is a discrepancy in what was listed and what was given to me Also, it would have been nice to have tea making in the room. finally as the location is not in a town it would have been nice to have a few more vegetarian options on the menu.

Location was right by the cycle path so very easy to find. Restaurant was expensive for us with two small children so we got the bus to town which was easy. Room was spacious and clean but basic. Easy to access lockable bike room.

Breakfast was amazing and super delicious. Our room was spacious, very clean and beds were comfy.

The kitchen was a bit outdated but still grateful that we could have the fridge and stuff.

Comfortable hotel in good location. Good breakfast. Water and fruit available for guests all day. Room to store bikes safely. We parked car while we cycled round lake constance.staff all very good and very helpful. Aldi 5 mins walk if needed.
