It was super easy with the self check-in, and a special request to extend my reservation for one day was super easy handled by the staff! Thanks for that!

Would be great if it is possible to turn OFF the bathroom/toilet ventilation at night. Maybe i was just too silly to turn it off?!

Lovely characterfull exterior. Clean and modern inside with electric velux window that closed itself when rain was detected, which was very good. Shower was superb. Excellent access to bus services.

Lack of character inside but nicely modern and clean. Only one pillow on the bed. As there is no meal option it was a shame there wasn't some articles such as a kettle/fridge to serve ourselves.

Smooth self check-in, helpful staff. The room was tidy and clean. A bit of a funny room layout with the shower in the bedroom.

The only working or unused socket that I could find to charge my phone was in the bathroom.

Had a super cozy single bedroom, inside newly renovated. The most I liked, it was the easy check-in procedure. Since I arrived a bit late, I got the code in a message. I have to say, I had a pretty nice stay at this place.

Lovely old exterior with incredibly nice, modern, sleek finish inside. Very quiet and comfortable. Great value for money and good recommendations for food from the staff.

On arrival we had to go to a different hotel to pick up the key cards, which I thought was a bit odd.

The assistance provided. Friendliness of staff. Quaintness of hotel & town of Hard. Nice businesses. Ease of getting around.

An elevator would have been nice but we managed.

Easy to find in Hard. Room was very clean and comfortable.

There is no staff. I had a pin number for the door. It didn't work at first, but there was a button to press to speak to someone. Turns out I was early and the pin worked after 3pm. After that all was well

Rooms &building very nicely arranged with wooden floors and basic but very comfortable equipment. Very clean! Nice place to spend few days
