Loved the room and the location of the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, beds was comfortable and the location of the hotel was just a stone's throw away from the city center, the train station and the Harbour port. The lady at the front desk (I regret not getting her name) was an extremely helpful and service-oriented lady. She was immaculate. When we arrived, she ran over to help me with our bags and the check-in process was so family-like. Seeing that we were out of town visitors, she gave us a very good overview on Bregenz and even suggested sights for us to see. One of those in Lindau, which I had no idea about at all till she mentioned it. We followed up on her suggestion and it was the best idea ever. We had a great time in the Christmas Markets in Lindau all thanks to her, I'm very thankful that she cared.

One small gripe of the room was the floorboards were extremely creaky! I'm not sure as the reason but every step on the wooden flooring produced a creaking noise which can be quite loud at night when it's quiet. Other that that, perfect stay and no complaints!

The location was so convenient to restaurants, the promenade along the lake and to the train station that I could not have been anymore satisfied with my choice of this hotel. I was shocked and quite thankful that we were given an upgraded room since the weather kept us in one day of our two night stay which allowed us to stretch out and relax. The breakfast that we added on our last morning before running to the train was well worth the it and we should have opted for it the other morning as well.

Great central location on a pedestrian street. Smart hotel, Quiet room, comfortable bed, large bathroom, well laid out with separate seating area and desk and good storage for bags and a fridge and kettle. We had a patio but it was too hot in the sun to enjoy. The best bit of the hotel after 21 days in Germany without it, was air conditioning. However, it was switched off as centrally controlled when we returned from dinner but we called reception and they switched it back on. It was very hot while in Bregenz and it was needed. We did not eat breakfast.

Poor internet. No undercover parking or secure lock up garage for bikes which we have had so far but there was a place outside at the back to park but in the open.

Definitely the location: in the city center! The good wifi connection. The availability of the people at reception. They nicely supported to accompany us at rail station with hotel private car because all the taxis were booked (no available): appreciated a lot.

The breakfast: poor and not good enough for a 4 stars hotel, as expected. The room: I payed for a single room the same price that my parents payed for a double. Means I got smaller room e smaller bed. Being a 4 stars hotel, I would have expected the courtesy kit in the bathroom.

We had an excellent, spacious, bright, comfortable room with a great view on the fifth floor. A very modern design, nice bathroom, extremely comfortable beds, mini bar. Excellent all round. A real shame we didn't have enough time and didn't sample the breakfast.

clean room. pleasant staff. availability of air conditioning. location good for walking to places. breakfast was good.

room was not ready at 2:00 check in time. you had to request at front desk air conditioning to be turned on in your room, and you had no control over temperature. one of our rooms the AC got turned off and front desk person was gone so it could not be turned back on again till the next day.

Great location, friendly staff, cafes restaurants, shops, bar nearby. I loved our room it was very cozy.

We only stayed one night, so we couldn’t really find anything we didn’t like.

The room was very cosy and clean. It was so nice to have a warm bath with the moutain water at the end of the day. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very generous.
