The location of the hôtel The welcome from the staff both at checkin, the evening meal, breakfast and checkout. Very friendly. M'y limited german meant i couldnt have a discussion but all the staff were patient and understanding. The food and breakfast was good and plentiful. There is parking that is free. The rooms have tea coffee kettle and a good shower. The bed was very confortable and large. A supermarket is about 1.5 kms and walkable. Excellent place to stay

The Fantastic position with mountain view is amazing. Personnel is kind and accommodating.

If you get the apartment, this is not serviced but this was not reported while booking the room. But I had no problems to get a clean set of towels.

Great location, super friendly staff, basic but clean and nice rooms and bathroom.

Some guests returning to their rooms at night were noisy and woke us up (not that well sound proofed).

We couldn't be happier with our choice for our short stay during the time of the Rock the Hell festival. The staff wrote to us a few days before our arrival and provided some information that I requested. They were able to accommodate our late check-in and we made arrangements for our early check out as well with no issues. We ate there for breakfast the first morning and loved the options for a very typical Swiss breakfast. We ate there for lunch/dinner on two occassions and again, it was all amazing. They even let us have a breakfast as we were running late! Don't forget to see the two goats in the adjacent room in the dining area! Great staff. Great ammenities with an amazing view and access to some very nice go-to places for the region. Amazing food. We really couldn't ask for a better experience. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

There is absolutely nothing we didn't like. We really felt at home at this location. We even got to hang out with a staffer, Sandra, at the festival. Highly recommended to anyone.

The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities needed. Beds are comfortable. The bust stop was at the property which was perfect for us.

Very beautiful area with stunning views, also quiet, despite being near the main street and close to ski resorts. The room was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful (even with my poor German I did not have any problems). The free Wi-Fi was enough for normal usage (news, emails, etc.). Free parking spaces next to the building. Breakfast was delicious, with a lot of products to choose from, including Swiss cheeses, hams and different types of bread.

I cannot find any significant drawbacks. The parking space might be too small, when more guests will arrive (5-6 places in total) or maybe I would add a more comfortable thing for sitting (armchair or something). But this is picking on, everything was great.

Has everything you need upon return from a hiking / bike riding. Nothing fancy, but clean and fair. A nice restaurant is on the ground floor.

Really fantastic staff. Couldn't do more for us when it was heavily raining. Helped move our motorbikes under shelter. Great food. Spacious room.

the room is basic but it has everything you need. it is comfortable and free parking is a plus. additionally their restaurant had a glass window to a goat barn. very cute! Doris who met me helped me a lot with my infected eye. I think she went some extra miles to help me and later checked on me. she brought me fruit basket. she is amazing!

not all staff was fluent in English.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, the location is very convenient with a bus stop immediately outside and the slopes only a short walk away
