Fantastic staff, always friendly and helpful. A very cosy atmosphere that helps to enjoy the time spent in the room. I paid for an upgrade to a Fashion Atelier room on the top floor and it was worth it: so charming, so beautiful! The breakfast was of great quality.

Lack of parking spaces in the area (not the hotel's fault). Narrow selection at breakfast, I would have prefered a few more options. The material of the floor in my room seemed dirty, even when it was clean.

Staff is top notch from Emannuel the GM to Danni the Reception Clerk. Always available to help and provided excellent hospitality. Lobby is great to have some wine and chit chat, Breakfast was always fresh and good. Wish it would have started at 6 versus 7. Location is 1.5 blocks from the main train station and walking distance to shops restaurants and old town. Area is QUIET at night.

The two twin beds pushed together to make a full size bed just put a single mattress on the two twin box springs.

The hotel was in a lovely quiet location a 5 - 10 minute walk into the main square of St Gallen . The rooms were spacious , well planned , very clean and comfortable. Lovely large bathroom and powerful shower. The selection at breakfast was amazing and all of the staff were really polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

It was particularly hot weather and the room was warm even with the air-con but I asked for a fan and the staff gave me one straightaway.

The hotel was in an excellent location five minutes walk from the railway station. We had problems with our baggage as Swiss Air did not load any luggage onto the plane. The staff at reception, in particular Mara and Emmanuel, were extremely helpful giving us information, etc to get a few clothes and toiletries. The room was a good size, clean and the beds comfortable. At breakfast there was a large selection of food, hot and cold, fruit and yoghurt.

Really like the decoration style of the room and the room definitely looks bigger than mentioned on booking.com. All facilities in the room are very new. The staff at reception is very helpful. As we need to leave the hotel at 7:30 on Sun and the breakfast not starting until 8am on weekend, they prepare d a take away breakfast package for 3 of us.

Good hotel with comprehensive amenities, fast WiFi and comfy beds - everything you need for a business trip. While the staff were very friendly, travellers should know that there is no staff on site 24/7 - we were locked out of our rooms at 10pm and no one was available to help - calling the hotel phone number redirected to a sister property in Zurich, 50km away!

Lovely friendly staff, great room, bright sunny lounge/breakfast room with colourful murals and decoration. Our room was on the top floor, very modern, light and airy with all you need. It was our wedding anniversary and they’d left candles and matches, rose petals and a card which was a lovely touch as we walked into the room.

Mini bar/snacks were fully stocked but extortionately expensive. For example, A half bottle of wine was €29!

Super close to the railway station with very friendly and professional staff. Excellent Breakfast with very attentive personal I loved the yoga mat in the room, that gave me some relief after a long and busy day.

Temperature in the room was hard to regulate (too cold) and i also struggled with the bedcover (too warm), but this things can happen...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay! Emanuel at reception was exceptionally welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from bus and train stations. Breakfast was delicious, and the lounge area was perfect for relaxing. My room had a stunning city view and was decorated in a modern, elegant style. Highly recommend! 🌟🏨✨

Our room is spacious and we can have everything we need in the room such as a coffee machine, an iron, an iron board, a hair dryer...etc. Also, the breakfast of the hotel is good enough for us. There are even choices of pillows which are really important to us. Last but not least, the staff are friendly.

The room is not completely cleaned as it is still dusty after we check in.
