Such a luxurious experience, at a very reasonable price. I loved using the gym and sauna, and the dinner restaurant was an exceptional food experience. My room was very large and comfortable with great views. I love how they thought to provide you things for using the sauna and also going on hikes.

It would have been helpful to have general instructions for using the sauna area and other facilities provided on a sheet of paper or by email when checking in (bonus points for things being provided in both English and German)

The welcome, the kindness, the hotel is simple but super cozy and very well maintained. There is also one of the nicest gym we ever seen. Very large selection of machines and equipment. Nice breakfast buffet. Delicious menu at the hotel’s restaurant. Take the time to go swimming in the lake behind the hotel. There are also trampolines for children.

This is exactly what you wish for in a relaxing stay. All the employees are extremely professional, friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible.

There is nothing I can complain about (and that is quite rare). Everything exceeded my expectation.

Great beds, great spa, and a great restaurant

The temperature in the room was too warm and not controllable. Also, the flies are extreme annoying. This is not the restaurant/hotel’s fault, but there was nothing to prevent it

i closed the bathroom and toilet door from the outside and could not open it anymore: to went into red. so at midnight I had to go to the bar - luckily someone was still there and could open it for me.

The hotel is located on a hill in the picturesque Swiss countryside, during the day you can hear the chimes of grazing cows and at night you can admire the sky full of stars. The hotel can be reached by car and parking is included in the accommodation price. The hotel has a well-sized wellness center with saunas.

Great family room, well designed, very comfortable, everything we needed, beautiful location, very clean and very friendly.

Fine location outside the village: very quiet and ideal for hiking. Great breakfast with local products. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed with our 4 children (ages 12, 11, 9, 6). We all loved the breakfast--so much to choose from. The location was great for us to ski Chaserrug (we were able to ski from the resort direct to the hotel, but needed a shuttle in the morning due to thinning snow). Our kids loved the children's playroom in the basement. My husband and I enjoyed the spa/sauna area as well.
