Good location, friendly stuff.

Uncomfortable mattress.

The food was outstanding, the owners are very kind.

The location is terrific, close to Sellamat and Iltios, so access to skiing and walking trails on foot. Post bus every half hour and walking distance from hotel. Bus service free for the section that serves the ski area, hotel owner provides the necessary tickets. Terrific view from front rooms. Friendly and helpful owner with wonderful dry sense of humour. Rooms clean but small. Cross country track passes hotel.

The building is stuck in the seventies (or sixties?) Bathroom tiny with good shower but very tight space for toilet. No space for a comfortable chair and no lounge where you can escape tiny room. Entrance to building and stairs small and dark, no reception area. Just painting the space white would improve first impression. We couldn’t help thinking that even small upgrades would improve everything - extra shelf and some wall hooks in bathroom, new towels (clean, but they look like they’ve survived since the seventies too), full length mirror and paper basket in room, new curtains, paint. Replacing floor coverings may be more than the current owners want to invest, but a general upgrade would certainly increase the value of the property.

Mostly everything ! The breakfast was the worst ever and the rest not much better !
